Loved this store and variety of items that I use daily running my business, until unfortunately I placed a $1,250.00 order and told the items were on sale and I would be saving $375.00 ordering online. So I do my shopping and get everything lined up but when I go to check out I try to pick my order up in store and oddly enough items are not available to be picked up at the retail store of the company I was ordering from. So the only other option is delivery and here is where they lost my business and the business of my company. They charge a fee for a drop gate equipped delivery truck that is $160.00 and another fee for whatever it was I didn’t even continue for $60.00 more. So now you tell me how their sale benefits me?? Well it don’t, the sale only benefits them because they charge you the money you saved from the sale for a delivery that should have been free spending over $1,200.00. Terrible business ethics and borderline a scam.

I bought a 60 gallon North Star compressor from here. The compressor works as advertised and is very quiet. I had issues with shipping providers damaging two separate compressors. Aaron was excellent to work with and helped me do refunds. I would definitely buy from this location again.

Purchased a refurbished Husqvarna chainsaw. It came to me with the brake stuck in locked position. Wiggled brake back and forth pulling on the clutch cover until it came off. Finally got it. Cover is locked up, can't use the saw. Northern tool sent me to Husqvarna. Husky told me to get it repaired. Went to 2 service centers was told Husqvarna doesn't like paying for repairs on refurbished goods,was discouraged from leaving it. Called Northern tool back applied for a refund. They told me Husqy had to approve it. Called Husqvarna back. They told me they don't take refurbished returns. WOW... I've had it 2 weeks now, never put fuel in it and can't get any help from Northern Tool!

Bought a Coleman mini bike for 799.99 and also bought a 119.99 accidental damage plan for 1 year.
The bike has been in an accident and needs repair, but centricity, the repair people, has no plan or coverage for me
Absolutely UNREAL, spend almost 1000 dollars and get no customer service all, or even the thing you actually pay for

I shopped at the St. Peter’s store this morning and I encountered one employee “Paula” that was absolutely awesome. She greeted me when I came in and asked if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store and the other 3 employees just stood on the sales floor talking, even when I asked for a particular item, one of them just pointed me to a spot in the store. Basically, 4 employees, one working with a customer in mind. The problem started when she stapled a survey link to enter for a $250 gift card drawing and the link doesn’t work, but I had to enter my email address before continuing. When you try to enter feedback using the link, it doesn’t work. The on-line chat with customer service was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! There are better customer oriented businesses in the area

I placed an order for a Disc Hiller/Bedder. The tool took 4 weeks and 3 days to be received. Their was no mention from NTE that it was on back order or would be delayed. Had to order a similar tool from another Retailer, Shipping was a lot less expensive and Received my other tool promptly from the other retailer.
NTE did not meet my expectations at all....be careful about on-line ordering, call and make sure they can promptly ship your order before you purchase on-line.

Why advertise welding gas and not have it at the store you go to very poor customer service in St Peter's Missouri. I wouldn't have even given it a 1 star if I didn't force me to.
