Terrible business with employees who try and sell you things you don’t need and mechanics who don’t know their way around cars. I went in for an oil change and the lady said that the mechanic told her I ABSOLUTELY needed new shocks and struts. This may not seem odd however, THEY had literally just replaced them for me 3 MONTHS ago. When I informed them of this the lady quickly tried to back pedal and say she was looking at the wrong account even though she had just said that the mechanic told her that. They then tried to say I needed a new battery so again I had to inform them that I just replaced my battery a year ago. I did need a new alternator and was aware of that so I had to tell them that was actually the problem, otherwise they would have just tried to change the battery. Any mechanic who knows anything about cars should have known that. Since leaving there my car is acting worse than it was when I brought it in, but you better believe I will absolutely never return. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB!

The crew at NTB off of Suemandy are amazing. For my line of work, I rely heavily on the consistency and efficiency that NTB provides us on a daily basis. No matter who answers the phone, you feel that your needs are met and prioritized. I would recommend Beth, Kaylee and Chris to anyone who is in search of quality work on their vehicle.
