I went to exchange a coat today. They had all 4 cashiers going and the manager brought up another associate with a mobile check out. HUGE KUDOS to the store manager and her associates!

So happy to have an Old Navy closer to Mid Rivers! The location is absolutely perfect. It’s easy to get to, has plenty of parking and lots of space to shop and walk around.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. I had an associate walk in front of me while looking at jeans and stand there so I could no longer look. I understand doing your job, I just felt overwhelmed with the amount of employees just running into customers.
