I stopped here everyday after work and get gas or something to drink. What to use the bathroom and the soap dispenser would not work in the men's bathroom . Both clerks said the batteries were dead then I tried to wash my hands in the sink by the drink station they said if there wasn't any there they didn't. Have any. Thanks for the help guys August 17th 4:00 p.m.

They close off the exterior car wash lane on weekends so you have to go through the full service lane so they can pressure you into more services. I just wanted a basic car wash today!

This Mobil On The Go location has friendly very friendly service. I was trying to use a card that ended up not functioning. The clerk inside got on the speaker and let me know I should pump the gas and then come inside and pay. I didn't even know pre-pumping was allowed anywhere anymore. Upon going in the clerk was very friendly and wished me a nice day.

I try my best to give 5 stars but when a convenient store isnt CONVENIENT why be there? I filled up with gas on my way to mudslinger and decided to use tge car wash so I selected the Best, 20 bucks, and after I was done filling up, Guess what the screen said?SEE CASHIER FOR RECIEPT. ? ?I'm no longer using the 2cnd, 3rd or 4th star as I get excited when a business delivers what they advertise. Not a high bar to hit, when your a convenient store, be convenient. Lol if I would have wanted to go inside I would have prepaid with the cashier and visited a while with her, maybe did a couple scratch offs.

very friendly employees. they asked if i needed any help finding anything. now thats my kind of service. of course i did not need help. but it was nice to know that they would be able to help me if need be. thanks mobile

Wow I was just scammed here. It's raining right now, and I needed to use the vacuums and I know the wash part is closed which is fine. The rep behind the counter said its closed but I could buy this pink card that would allow me to use the vacuums for my interior and I could come back and use my card and still get my wash, and another wash free. She told me to pull around to use the interior part. When I got over there, everything was coned off. So i just called assuming since i was the only one who was using it they just needed to move a cone. When I called I was told that the whole thing was turned off and they couldn't do anything.

Mid rivers location is friendly and the new store manager is friendly, employees are pretty friendly also

Take it or leave it attitude. Managment and middle management are the problem here. The workers are decent but are poorly trained. I frequent "on the run" quit a bit as I have their "best" membership a have my car washed often. The one on highway 94 is consistently the best followed by hwy k and n. But the Mid Rivers location could use a change in management or at least a "Come to Jesus" meeting on social skills and customer service, they acually told me after i pointed out some obvious deficientcies in the wash they provided that "this was the best they could do" and sent me on my way lol. I guess there pay does'nt fluctuate for rendering below average service. Oh well.

I was shockingly bumped a couple of times during the course of a car wash by the vehicle behind me. I tried to bring it to the attention of the employees but they reacted rudely -- they were rather young -- and didn't seem to care. Called the store location and spoke with a "David" who was also very unhelpful and condescending and refused to give me the full names of the store manager and car wash manager after he said they were not present. Called corporate to inform them of the situation. Because of the incredibly poor customer service, I cancelled my car wash membership and will find an alternate service station to gas up. At $600/ year I deserved much better.
