Pet Pals is an amazing Vets office. We've been going there for years and love the staff & Vet. Our last visit one of our fur babies, Lilly earned her wings. Everyone their was extremely caring and thoughtful. We can't thank them enough.

Pet Pals is absolutely great. They are kind and compassionate. You can tell by the way they treat the animals.
Prices are fair and they do not recommend excessive or unnecessary treatments or diagnostics.

I wouldn’t trust taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Willenbrink and his staff are top notch, understanding, and passionate. They’re true animal lovers.
New Edit: the first paragraph was my original review posted over 6 years ago. I’m adding this second paragraph, (04/27/24) to update my review.
The ENTIRE Pet Pals staff is still absolutely incredible. For years, they’ve continued to provide unparalleled care for our animals. We’ve had some pretty serious issues arise and Dr. Jerry brings a sense of calmness and comfort because of his extensive knowledge. He’s performed everything from routine exams to surgery requiring anesthesia, and each time our dogs have returned to great health. They follow up, they care, and they’re compassionate.
Hands down, in my opinion, Pet Pals is the best place to receive exceptional veterinary care.

Dr. Jerry and his staff are amazing! I should have been taking my fur babies to him years ago, except that I didn't know about him years ago. His many years of experience and expertise is what I needed all along. He is also so gentle, caring and understanding and treats all his patients as if they are his own. He has saved my dog's life more than once. I only wish I had known about him before I lost my other fur babies. They might still be around. I will never go anywhere else now. Thank you, Dr. Jerry, for all that you do! I love you guys!

I drive past about 8-10 vets on my way to this one. It's the best around and Dr. Willenbrink is amazing.
