No one answers the phone - and yes they are supposed to be open. Had an appointment set up for a phone conference but they did not follow up.

Went in on Thursday morning around 10:30 AM. I counted six employees two of them behind the counter three of them sitting in the front corner office, laughing, and supposedly having a meeting and one being the receptionist. I needed to do some stuff with my credit cards, I’ve always had no problem with the past management and some of the workers there but those people have moved up and on and the management and employees today were Too busy to wait on me. After I expressed that I was not happy with him. Yes, the manager called me later that day but at that point, it’s too late I will definitely be looking into other options for my credit cards and some of the banking that I do there. I don’t know what happened to people that used to think. Customer service was important but they’re not at pnc on mid Rivers.

Great customer service, especially the credit card division!! They evidently monitor credit card activity and catch fraudulent charges immediately before it becomes a big hassle. They handle all transactions in a friendly, professional manor.

Public service announcement: this bank will be getting shut down very soon as they are committing fraud and the way they treat their customers is horrible. Unless you want to be charged outrageous fees or be stressed out do not sign up for their credit card or checking account as both are horrible and they do not disclose any of the fees and are very very sneaky! Go to discover or chase where they do not cause stress and are very convenient and cheap, easy to work with. No one at this company is helpful they all pass you off to someone else and say they cannot do anything! They are non responsive! They are outdated old and ancient bank, their employees & customer service suck! The people who work here are delusional and all need to be fired! Sit down eat all day and do nothing but stuff their face. When you receive your bill in the mail you will be shocked! You will never find their atm anywhere! I would give this place zero stars. I am an Accountant in NYC take my advice and go to Chase bank or Discover you will be very glad

You go to a bank for them to protect your money, not steal it. Will be switching banks when I find the right one because we all know what happens when you're with the wrong one.

Falsely advertises overdraft protection and then aggressively collect overdraft fee. They will ding you within a few hours of overraft, won't give you a chance to make it right.

I recently moved to Vermont where there are no PNC branches so I switched banks when I moved up here. I'm in the process of moving overseas and need some statements from PNC. Apparently when I closed my account, they also locked me out from being able to access them online. I call them to see if there's a way to obtain the statements I needed and I got transferred to three different departments neither which could help me. They were going to transfer me again to another department that might or might not be able to help me and at that point I said forget it. So I call the local branch that we used and they said I could come to pick up the statements at a branch which is a 6 hour drive (so obviously no) or they could mail us the statements for $5 a piece. The only catch? We have to make the payment IN PERSON at a branch. Why would I drive 6 hours to pay them $5 per statement when I could just pick them up FOR FREE if I was at a local branch? Ughhhh so retarded. You guys are seriously so retarded. Also note they've been mailing me closed account statements for the past 5 months but you can't mail me my last 2 statements on my account? DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. You guys have officially lost my business forever.

I was looking for a new bank after looking for a new one after 10 years. I wanted to consolidate my accounts and wanted to support a Pittsburgh (my home town) brand name. Clearly this was a bad decision. The bank did not honor the terms of the promotion based on what I was told prior to transfer. Regardless, the overall lack of responsiveness (as in not returning ANY calls) to the customer service/management branch is the primary reason for the bad review. Specifically, I recommend you not using Megan McKenzie.

By far the worst bank in experience in my entire life. I've been trying to close my account for 5 days now. Not letting me go, i make a cash deposit to bring my account to a zero or closing balance and poof the next day another mysterious fee which the bank cant credit. Starr clear of this place. Credit union is the way to go. To bad you cant select a negative star rating.

This is more of PNC bank general customer service and online condition, extremely poor professionalism. 800 number puts you on hold and keeps asking save A-Z questions each time you are transferred to another associate, finally you get frustrated. No curtesy calls received anytime, even if you leave multiple messages. They keep charging for services never explained to you. On line banking needs serious upgrade. I would not recommend this bank to anyone .

Wonderful pleasant experience here. The banker was very professional and friendly. I really like a lot of the online options PNC virtual wallet provides. The hours are very convenient seeing that they are extended longer than normal business hours closing at 7 pm. There are several ATMs preventing a long wait. Overall great experience, definitely recommended.

Have used PNC since 1999 & used this branch regularly ever since it took over the former Fidelity Investments space here in 2010. The space is huge with vast seating & meeting areas with plenty left for promotional areas for mortgage & investing displays & tables. The vestibule has 4 ATMs which are always working. Security's reliable & privacy is good despite the large number of homeless from the 2 shelters .5 block east on W 31st St who never quite make it in & still stay away from the window areas. The friendly front counter where they either do the more complex things or onwards people to the tellers in the rear are always super helpful. I've had them do a wide variety of tasks over the years from specialized cheques to account modifications to complex records questions. There're 2 tellers in the 5 possible window positions always available in the far rear for typical operations. There're plenty of candy & pens always available, tough given the likely loss rate of these. The staff make the place & I'm glad they've stayed consistency helpful over many years.

They only serve people who work or live in Manhattan. I live in Brooklyn so they won't let me open an account. What?!!
