  Shawn and his crew certainly doing an amazing job on a new vehicle. But they just finished bringing back from the dead my jet black 40 year-old Mercedes SL of which I am the fourth owner. Fabulous paint correction and ceramic coating. And the chrome and bright work? Scratches, scuffs and water drops are GONE. When we pulled up, my son jokingly said it looks like the car is still wet. And to top it off, his rates are very fair, reasonable and competitive. Oh and the shop is clean and inviting.

  Shawn and John did a nice job with the PPF. They said there are areas where the film might bubble up but not to worry and bring it back for touch ups. They did it twice and since then, no bubbling issue. They are one of the few, if not the only shop in town that removes the car frame to precisely cut and lay down the PPF.

  Absolutely wonderful job 💯. I was up from Florida working in the area and ceramic pro referenced me to precision detailing since there an elite dealer for them. They 2 base coated 1 top coated and polished my color change ppf. Did wheels off ceramic coat for me and did my yearly maintenance on my 24 frontier. The “mad scientist” who did the job blew my mind he even got scratches off my rims and ppf from the current hurricane damage from Helene in Florida couple weeks back as we drove thru mass destruction during evacuation.

  We are repeat customers! Precision Detailing, which, AS ALWAYS, did a perfect job! We love the paint protection film that they put on our Tesla! Would not trust anyone else but them!!

  I would not recommend. No follow through, follow up visit never able to schedule, initial visit required them to make a house call to reconnect the wiring on front end of vehicle because they left unplugged, causing several vehicle faults, emblems left off vehicle as well. When I called them 15 min after pick up to tell them about all the warning lights etc, he said " call us after new years and we will look at it" .This was dec 24th, there was no way I was waiting a week for this. He then said " ok we will come out today". When I went to pick up the vehicle initially I had to wait for him over an hour because he forgot about the pick up. He was unreachable even after HE dictated the pick up time. After just 6 months I had a few questionable spots and took to another place and ended up having to have the whole front PPF redone due to improper application. The front bumper was not put on correctly and caused the hood to not line up properly with passenger fender. I know they are used to doing the toy electric teslas etc and possibly that is their scope of expertise. Possibly their first C8 as well. Very disappointed. $3400 not well spent. Paint correction was really the only thing done really good. Do some research before you choose someone to work on your car.

  They wrapped my Cybertruck and I am very happy with the results. Very professional guys and they do excellent work. They explain the entire process and what to expect. Their attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend Precision Detailing to anyone who's considering getting their Cybertruck wrapped.

  First off, Cybertruck's get a lot of attention, but the one thing I kept hearing is you have to take it to Shawn at Precision Detailing. Everyone was 100% right! Shawn and the team met with me and walked me through the options and process. I could tell they really take pride in their work and were absolutely professionals from the time I stepped in the shop. Needless to say, I took inspiration from the previous cybertruck with a Satin Black PPF and coating. The end product was above and beyond my expectations. Everything from start to finish was well communicated and stellar work. I'd highly recommend going there and talking with Shawn and the team. You'll immediately understand this isn't a job, but a passion. Thanks, Precision Detailing, for doing such a great job!

  They spent a great deal of time explaining what the ceramic coating does, what it doesn't do and how to maintain it. The process takes several days to complete and they communicate well on their progress. The car looks great.

  I traveled from out of state because Shawn and his team are the best in the business. The team worked their magic, installing PPF, ceramic coating and window tint.
  
  During the consultation process, Shawn and the team were like my personal car-care hotline, responsively answering my million texts and calls before the install. They educated me on the PPF and ceramic installation process, which was like trying to teach a goldfish how to drive. But hey, I learned.
  
  When I arrived for pickup, I was absolutely mind-blown by the deliverable - the truck looked perfect!. So much so, that if Hogwarts had a PPF, tint and ceramic coating class, these guys would be teaching it.
  
  Precision didn’t just do the job and send me on my way. Instead, they gave me a full tour of the truck, inside and out, complete with maintenance tips and cleaning advice, and they booked me in for a 30-day checkup. They fully charged the truck, too, which was a nice touch given I had a long drive home.
  
  These guys have a hardcore passion for their craft, and it shows. They are honest, hardworking, and communicative—traits not easy to find in any industry these days.

  Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job on my new Tesla Model Y. I had them install PPF, ceramic coat, and tint the windows. The car looks amazing and I was happy with the price! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I highly recommend Precision Detailing!
