I'm in the market for a sports umbrella for shade at my daughter's soccer games. On Aug 5 around 6pm, I was walking past this store and noticed St. Louis Blues, either golf or soccer, umbrellas, unpackaged, but in it's matching sheath I walked into the completely empty store, noted the $54 price tag, and asked the lone employee if I could open the umbrella to check out the quality and see the fully opened umbrella. He replied with a terse "No". I then asked if he could open the umbrella for me and while leaning against the rack he replied, "Man, I'm not gonna open that". The experience wouldn't have been as bad had he shown the slightest amount of customer service. He could have explained a policy or reason for refusing to expand the umbrella. He could've gave me info about this umbrella. Instead, he acted as if he couldn't care anyless about me and my family as customers and getting our business. Every other store in the mall allows you to get a feel for their products. I mean, does anyone spend that kind of money on an item without any info or a hands on feel for it? I'll never shop here and this is the 1st review I've ever written all thanks to the d-bag working that evening. Hope you have a better experience.
