The employee in the kitchen got angry at me because I wanted to know what number the order was for the food she gave to another customer but she didn’t want to tell me stating that they don’t use the ticket number so another customer took my food because instead of calling out the number on the ticket number they call out the food and then get mad at the customer for their failure

Too many people treating this as a free monthly parking and qt isn’t doing anything about it. More than half the parking spots it’s unattended trucks that people leave and go home, day cabs, box trucks and some spots even cars parked so they can park back when they come back from road. Get a paid monthly parking And leave the truck stop parking available for overnight paying customers.

Stopped here on a sunday morning at quarter till 6 am. I asked the guy why there were no breakfast tacos. He said it was because it's the weekend. He said he was working all by himself. This place is supposed to be a truck stop and should be no different on the weekend than through the week. I'm still working and I need to eat. I thought I was going to be able to get some brisket tacos or something else good from the kitchen. The semi truck is large to get off the freeway for no reason. I like the QT but I expect the same service around the clock.

Asked a question about a very bizarre preauth amount from QT. I understand that this can be a thing, but I was concerned. I've never seen a $51.75 preauthorization at a QT. It dropped later many minutes later, but the guy working at the counter rolled his eyes, didn't offer an explanation, and just generally seemed like he thought i was hassling him

Used to be a great stop before work, but the new staff is lazy now, coffee always under cleaning or is out. Most food items aren't stock efficiently, so it always seems they low. Overall, they are dropping their standards fast, and it shows.

This has been my coffee go to for the last, idk 15 yrs!?
But they keep making changes to the coffee bar. Some good some not so good. My complaint here is last 3 times Ive come in for my refill on my Medium coffee and have been charged crazy prices! I don't wanna make accusations but...
The price on board says $2.39/Medium.
First time I was charged $4.05, second time I was charged $3.83 and third time I was charged $2.80. I've asked each time, "For a Medium refill!?" W a reply "yes" prices have gone up!
And I just stand there shaking my head, angry. Can some one w some authority tell me what is going on here?!

Just left the place the night shift cashier wasn’t friendly at all not sure if he was having a bad night or thats his way of treating customers QT is well knowing for having a great customer service but this location is not
