The food was delicious and cooked correctly. Portion size was good. The salads were outstanding for size, somehow the Parmesan cheese had a flat taste as well as the dressing. The mushrooms and flounder could use a little more substance in the filling. The biscuits aren't quite what they used to be. On the plus side, we enjoyed lobster, crab, shrimp and steak in our dining party. The waitress did a great job! They had an area of the restaurant closed, in spite of having to wait 45 minutes, leading to the possibility of understaffing on a Friday night during Lent! There was no bartender when we arrived. The seating seemed personal, not too much noise interference from other tables.Parking: Even for a Friday night during Lent, there was ample parking not to far from the front door.Kid-friendliness: At a table near us, they provided plastic drinking glasses with lids and straws.

The service was excellent our food was hot and seasoned well. The friendly server was very nice.The only thing, I had a to go order of biscuits and she forgot to bring them to our table.Kid-friendliness: Kids love Red Lobster and their kiddie menu is good.

The food was great! Biscuits were to die for as usual!!! I got Walt's Surf and Turf and my sirloin was a little overcooked but still edible and delicious. I didn't send it back. I asked for medium and it was more like medium well. Our server, Eric, was friendly and went above and beyond. It was my birthday so I had a code for a free dessert which was delicious (had to take it home). Some of the servers were walking around looking absolutely miserable though. Their interactions with each other, you could tell, we're just them complaining about work or a customer or not wanting to be there. Their faces were definitely not welcoming or friendly. Other than that, great visit!!

Hand a 6 o'clock reservation in Ditton. Get seated until sometime after 8 o'clock. They were understaffed with only 4 servers.

Service was lacking, waitress was not helpful and did only the minimum (she) convinced us to get the special plus some sides, when getting 2 specials would have been $6 cheaper. No one was friendly and the food was way to garlicky. We will not be returning here in the future. Cape Girardeau is definitely the way to go!

This location has went downhill. The host last night did not try to accommodate my party at all after her mess up. They would not let us call ahead for reservation. We showed up and put our name on the list. She never asked how many were in my party, but clearly it was 7 people standing in front of her. She put me down for 2 people. After waiting 45 mins for just 2 person reservations . It was another addition 45 mins and still my party was not accommodate. So from 7:15 to 8:45 it was just a waste of my time on my Birthday. I have had better customer service at a fast food restaurant.

We ate there today and in our opinion it was disgusting. Biscuits were not the same as they use to be. They were nasty. The broccoliand mashed potatoes was nasty. We've been eating there for many years and always loved the food. We spent $100 and couldn't even eat it all. Very disappointed! We won't be back!

Was given a pick up time of 638pm. Pulled into spot and sent text "here" waited 20 minutes. Then was treated rudely by the manager. Finally 30 minutes after first pulling in she brought out food. Called me by the wrong name and ended up forgetting part of the order.
