Colton Pratt was absolutely the worst person you could deal with and regions needs to look into this individual. Unprofessional and rude are the nicest things I can say about this man. Can’t wait to join a new bank after you know they release my money that has sat in an account for months and not able to withdraw it…… (I will not talk to anyone or deal with anyone Regions needs to be federally investigated with their shady and illegal practices)

a few months ago,since age seven ,starting my first account there,l had a fairly good to great experience.Then long time employees after l have moved to St.Peters ,Mo.(13 yrs ago)about 3months ago a bid change seemed to occur,and l also noticed new management,and all old employees which were awesome left,and gave different reasons when l asked previously.l called,complained,they could care less they just lost a 51yr client.BOOOOO bank elseware

Regions are like dealing with a computer. No banker does anything out of the systems way. They want to hold a check if I deposited for 11 days and the bank that the check is from just informed me to ask a manager of my bank to call them and they could verify immediately but not regions. They are a joke. I'm glad I have other banks to do business with after I close my account.

Go to first community bank instead. I used to be a regions bank holder but I'm more satisfied with my new bankers. Honestly regions has good customer service department here but I just don't like regions

For the first time anywhere in a long time I received true customer service here. They went out of their way to help me and did not make me go on a telephone chase. They actually did the footwork for me. I always get very good service here.

As a long time customer of Regions and one with 3 active accounts. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received today. Needing my husband's signature notarized on a document for my own pension benefit. We were refused the service because my husband does not hold an account at Regions. It's not that I do not understand rules but in these challenging times , don't you think your rules could have bent a little? Rethinking my choice of bank.

I have been banking with Regions for 10 years. For most of that time, I have had a checking, a savings AND a billing account. Always direct deposit and always auto paid my bills. I finally get a promotion at the same company that has been depositing my checks in to regions for several years now and all a sudden my check is too big and they put a hold on my check for TWO WEEKS!!! Not some of it, but all of it. Regions as a company has been terrible and this is the last straw for me. Sorry to the amazing people that have always tried helping out, but yall deserve way more than regions has to offer you and your customers.

First Community Credit Union was far and away the best experience I have ever had in opening a business account. On their website they had a list of everything that was required. Went in and dealt the very friendly and professional Mumta Molina. In less than 30 minutes I had an account open and my check deposited. US Bank, my now former bank of the last 15 years, told me they could not deposit the check or open a business account for me. I had all the proper paperwork. Bank of America made it a week process with no communication. Royal Bank and Regions just gave me a blank stare and were completely lost.

Very slow drive through waited 14 minutes it appeared that no one was in the lobby or in the bank. Worst branch in town to go to very very slow..
