It is very close to Christmas and I had some activity on my account that I did not approve so I called the Mid Rivers locations. Patty and Tiffany went out of there way to make sure I was able to get it taken care of. Patty was so sweet, compassionate and understanding, especially with it being Christmas time. They could tell I was very worried about it and not only did they assure me the issue was taken care of but they were so kind while taking care of it. You can't find wonderful service at many places anymore but Simmons bank employees really do show you they care and have your best interests at heart! 5/5++++ all day long! Merry Christmas!

This is the place I first opened an account at; it was Reliance Bank though. They're unable to held accountable for their mistakes and because of them I have had to uproot everything from here. Simmons Bank is a joke, I had a teller' that had just started and made a dire mistake..... BANKS DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES! Unfortunately they or he had and made me feel as if I was a thief; to my own account. Long-story short, do not trust this establishment because in the end. this bank has earned the name of professional thieves. With a heavy-heart I do not bank here anymore and after 15+ years at this bank, I want nothing to do with them. Hope this information saves someone from losing money like I did.

Absolutely horrible bank! Take your money and run! This bank was great under pervious name. Since the change to Simmons horrible. 1st they took forever to let any customers know about the change and then when they did it requires multiple trips to bank. Which is absurd! Just to change debit cards due to Reliance Banks poor management. I've put up with the this BS for over a year and now I'm done. They overdrew my account due to poorly trained bank tellers, multiple overdraft issues when money was clearly in the account but due to Simmons accounting could do nothing so my debit card did not work even with money in the account, issue after issue. I'm not the only one with these issues. STAY AWAY or you will regret it.

I've held several personal and business accounts with Reliance - now Simmons - Bank for the past 5+ years. It's great to walk into the bank and be recognized by name.

Held 2 accounts for 5 years, business and personal. Was great until there was an actual problem. They were little to no help recovering money from fraudulent activity. Completely ignorant when it comes to business banking and asset protection. If you do have any issues expect abusive fees.
