Visited today with my mom and found some items we liked.
Some sections were very unorganized and hard to look through.
0/10 for accessibility
We needed to use the restroom and it took 15 minutes at least to find where it was bc it was so poorly marked. When I finally did find it there was just a paper sign on some random door across from the back fitting rooms I guess that said to go all the way up to the front and ask a staff member to unlock the door ?♀️
For this big of a store I thought this was ridiculous! And I was pushing my mom around in a wheelchair and carrying the items we wanted to buy… you’re saying we made it to the very back of the store now we have to turn around on a wild goose chase to find an employee to unlock the door? Unbelievable
