I appreciate the service that this CVS pharmacy gives. Taylor F. who is the pharmacist here is caring & genuine. A rarity these days. I feel comfortable asking any question because he’s knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years & Taylor is consistently professional & has a great demeanor. Thank you to Marilyn also. She’s a sweet person when I do see her.

They always need to order the pills in the pharmacy no matter which ones they are. Some times they completely forget to order them

CVS Located at Plaza 94, St. Peter's, MO. Is the pharmacy I use. Never had a problem with them or any of their team, and I have
been going here for years. Pharmacist Taylor is always helpful and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I receive text that my prescription is ready for pickup before I even leave my Doctors parking lot when he calls it in during my visit. Fast, friendly service. This is why I don't understand the negative reviews I'm seeing here. I've never experienced this behavior. I won't tolerate rudeness. But, I understand anyone can have a bad day. So, I would give them the benefit of the doubt and forgive them. I'll continue to use this pharmacy. I'm very pleased with the great service they give me.

The manager at this pharmacy is rude, unqualified and short tempered. She refused to help me and even closed the window on me. I don't get where they find people like this who can't do simple tasks without making things complicated. Please go to the Schnucks CVS; their staff is trained better and actually helps customers. It's so frustrating when you're just trying to get your prescription and the person who's supposed to assist you is making it harder. At least at Schnucks CVS, they know how to treat their customers right and make things easier.

Very frustrating after spending time at Urgent Care and the ER Wednesday into Thursday morning. The ER doc prescribed 2 meds for me after they combed through my medical history and all of my prescriptions. They prescribed what they thought was best. As of noon today said scripts still were not filled. I tried calling, but CVS now makes it impossible to get through to a pharmacist. I finally after being angered and frustrated that after all of that time my care was being held up by the pharmacy who felt they knew more that the doctors. I called again, but used the option for doctors/doctor's offices. Gee, I got right through. After speaking to the pharmacist it was obvious that my scripts were not being filled. I contacted my Primary doc to see if he could push the prescriptions through, meanwhile I am not getting my meds to help me feel better. I told the pharmacist that they were holding up my emergency room care. Sheesh Somehow within a half hour of my phone call my meds were filled. CVS fixed it so that I HAD to send my husband to pick up because the antibiotic was listed as pickup only. What a pain in the rear. I DO NOT LIKE CVS!

The people that work here do not know how to do their job, had to get my prescriptions transferred to another cvs to be able to get in the medicine I need to be on. That I was prescribed 6 months ago because they can't take the time to read notes

Looked up the prescription online and paid in the app. Scanned the barcode at the register and that was it. Easy peasy.

Went there to get an rx filled. They told me it would take 20 minutes instead of letting me kindly know 20 minutes was exactly when they wo up ld close. Or they could have told me longer and I would have been okay. Instead they shut the gate in my face and didnt notify me. This was very unkind especially when I have had a day with my child screaming and crying and bleeding this medication.

TL;DR - Do not recommend. Terrible service and wait times since it switched from Shnucks to CVS pharmacy. We used Schnucks pharmacy for years and liked it. Once it switched to CVS there was an immediate difference in service that had nothing to do with the pharmacists. -I had an allergy prescription that was about $10, as soon as it switched to CVS they said they don't have that and their alternative from a different manufacturer was a $160 script (with insurance) so they recommended I just get the generic OTC but... -Since Schnucks and CVS are two separate entities you can no longer purchase OTC meds or supplies with your prescriptions at the pharmacy counter. -Somehow they frequently lose our insurance/prescription card information and we have to give it to them again. -We get spammed with texts from CVS about signing up for marketing notifications and 90 day supply fills. -Despite getting spammed with texts CVS does not notify us when a script is ready even though we've repeatedly asked them to do so and confirmed that functionality is in place and the phone numbers are correct. Instead I have to call the pharmacy to ask but there isn't an option to speak to someone so you have to navigate through the automated messaging system and keep pressing "0" until it gives you the option to speak to a pharmacist. -We've considered switching for a while and the final straw was when our kids were both at sick at home and needed meds. I had to call to see if the scripts were ready because they didn't notify us. My wife went in to get them and was there for 45 minutes because they needed our insurance (which is on file) then needed our prescription card (which is on file) and then somehow needed our insurance again. It was a liquid medication for a small child and she had to ask for the syringe, stopper in the bottle and to have it flavored (Schnucks used to just ask and provide these things) but their flavorings were all expired and so they just don't have any.
