I purchased a pack of strawberries last week and they are completely white and tasteless inside! I had to throw them all away, the strawberries are not ripe at all, I don’t know how are you selling them! Waste of money.

All the employees were very knowledgeable about the store layout. They knew what aisle everything was in. The cashier so happy and seem g rally like her customers.

They do have pretty good deals. I like the rewards. Although prices have gone up. Obviously, that is happening everywhere. I would lie to see more sales on meat, especially ground chuck and beef. Clean store,good workers.

Never had issues with staff in the last 6 years until today. Cashier I had was clearly trying to make the bagger's job more difficult by placing everything very purposefully off to the side in a difficult position for the bagger to reach after scanning. Somewhere along the line the bread I bought didn't end up in my cart. I wasn't paying attention to how but this lady's shenanigans is probably why. Really do miss the golden era of unlimited item uscan.

I only use the ROCKSTAR 1st capital location in St. Charles. I only went into this location because i had to pick up medication at the pharmacy. (Which btw, the pharmacist today was amazing in his stents to help me in this situation) and i intended to grab a couple items for dinner. I got a phone call informing of family death. With that news, i got ina hurry and left and apparently left my phone in my cart (that’s on me) Made it almost home and turned around to go get it. I went in and cj said no one turned it in. He made a store announcement looking for it. . I went to go look for it and couldn’t find it. Went back to the pharmacy just in case i left it there. The pharmacists asked if he could help me by cashing my number. When he did, whoever had it, denied the call immediately. Both times. I went back up to cj and the by the 3rd time going back up front, a lady rudely greeted me. I told her what happened and she said “what do you want me to do about it?” I’m already in tears because of the news. She then asks if she could write my number down and she would call me if it got turned in. I asked how would that help if you had my phone? Then i said could a manager look at the security footage. She rolled her eye’s and then called him. She said “he’s in a meeting and will try to look in 2 hours of he has the time”. I said “well that’s not going to help, what if they are using my banking info?” She said with a smirk and AGAIN the roll of her eyes “how if it’s locked?i mean, normal people lock them”. . I could term she didn’t care at all and in tears left. The sweet man in the parking lot bringing in carts wanted to help but i was way to upset and left. Got home, called uber store and they had my phone. That lady does not need to be working with the public! At all! I inconvenienced her and she made it obvious. As far as the male manager who said he would “TRY” layer off he had time “… i can see why this location has awful reviews! I’ll never go in there, and I’m having my scripts changed to ROCKSTAR location in st Charles.

The produce is hit or miss for quality. There are items that routinely go out of stock. Staff is not friendly. It sometimes smells toward the back of the store
