Used to walking in a scrub shop and someone offers to help me….NOT ONE associate offered to help me. (There were 3 associates). No customers….they had just opened. I walked around for a bit looking….when I came close to the check out counter to look at scrubs, I was asked “y’all still doing ok?” I said “yes and no”…. I said “I’m looking for tall scrubs” and she just kinda laughed and then started talking to one of the other associates. I decided at this point my business wasn’t that important to them so I put down the scrubs I did have in my hand and left! I found another scrub shop who wasn’t even open they just happened to be there and they opened up just for me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for!!

I’ve been going to Scrubs & Beyond (this location) for several years now, so I’ve seen different faces there. I stopped by after work to check out new selections and Lola was working.She was awesome from start to finish. Very helpful, laid back and knowledgeable. Please keep Lola ! She is a great asset to your team !
