I can say Mark was very helpful. The differences in your products are quite telling! He did not bad mouth other brands that I brought up and provided me with info on how Sleep Number is the far better option! I do wish you could match some of the other products perks (pillows),when you’re purchasing a $7K bed a $100 a set of pillows should be included for the complete experience of your technology! Since we won’t receive our bed until mid January (???) I can’t say that our experience can be judged until then

Our Sales Representative Mark was great. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. My wife and I were a bit nervous about spending so much for a mattress but Mark was very patient and explained all of the health benefits of purchasing our Sleep Number mattress and adjustable frame

There are quite a few reasons I am giving a 1 star review - 1st of all - When they delivered the mattress, they hit my trash cans. 2nd of all - when the mattress was set up in home, it did NOT come close to meeting the comfort of the mattresses in store, even after playing with the numbers. 3rd of all - when we asked to return the mattress (after not even having it 24 hrs) they charged us a $250 fee to come pick it up. I guess that part is on us because we didn't read through the agreement. That said, I feel like that should have been pointed out during the buying process as it's not a small fee. At the end of the day, we've decided that this experience as a whole was just horrible and won't be considering a sleep number again.

So far app is not working. Thinking of stopping payment and refusing delivery. If I bought a 5k dollar tv it would come with a remote. How can you sell a product that is controlled by an app. And the app not work? The app was downloaded in store with sales associate, didn't work then was told they would follow up with it on Monday. Today is Wednesday. No call no email no text. Called the store was given customer service number. Only for customer service to be too busy and advise I wait for a call back. Pretty poor way to start a relationship with a customer that paid in full. I haven't even got my bed yet...

Bed is comfortable, bed is way too expensive for the materials that make up the sleep number system, installation went well but crew was not very friendly.

This store is the bomb !!! And so is Ben the sales person -- I have dealt with a couple different ones and Ben knows his stuff. Plus I went to another mattress store and looked at knock off number beds -- ridiculous pricing this place not only has a great product they have great prices.

We recently purchased a Sleep Number bed and couldn't be happier with our decision! The entire process, from start to finish, was a breeze. Our sales associates, Shokouh and Ben, were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, ensuring we found the perfect mattress for my wife and me.
The showroom was clean, well-organized, and inviting. We felt comfortable testing out different beds without feeling pressured. Once we decided on our mattress, the rest of the ordering and pricing was smooth and efficient.
We are very anxious to receive our new Sleep Number bed in a few weeks and are finally looking forward to a good night’s sleep (this will be our fourth mattress in less than two years).
