We've been coming to Spencer Creek since we adopted our first dog in 2012. We live in Wentzville now and still come see Dr. Miller. These people that take care of our animals are absolute angels, even when this field is so difficult to work in.

Since Dr. Millenberger's retirement, the place is not the same. This year took my 2 kittens for a check up & we didn't have a great experience.

So thankful for the team here. You guys are always so sweet and considerate. My dog is high anxiety and everyone treats him with so much patience and goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. I've never been to a vets office that is so warm and welcoming, I'll forever come to this place for vet care for any and all my animals. They are very upfront about the pricing and always present a full breakdown of everything that they do which I very much appreciate.

What an exceptional experience today at this Veterinary clinic! Dr. Miltenberger and her staff were exceptionally kind and caring for our seriously ill 15-Year-Old AmStaff. We thought our dog was going to pass away last night at home and when he seemed better this morning, we thought we should get him checked out more thoroughly than he had been elsewhere a couple of days ago. Dr. Miltenberger diagnosed a serious (5/6) heart murmur that had been missed 2 days earlier at another office where the vet didn't even examine our dog. She was very gentle with him and advised us of his prognosis without pressuring us in any way. We decided euthanasia was the kindest thing we could do for him and the doctor and staff allowed us all the time we needed to consider that option and time with him in the end. She explained the entire procedure, what to expect during the process, and we stayed with him the entire time. They are a wonderfully compassionate team of people. We would definitely go back with our next pet.

Love, love, love Spencer Creek Animal Hospital!! I’ve been bringing both of my cats here for 6 years. The cat-friendly room are so wonderful. I feel like they’re welcome & loved - not an after thought. I always recommend the vets here!!!

The emphasis on fearless care is so important for our kitty. We believe she was mistreated before we rescued her. Her anxiety coupled with her deafness means she requires a gentle hand and loving care. She gets that here, and we are so grateful!!

There are so many positive things I can say about the team at Spencer Creek but I do not think I can fit them all in a single review.
Long story short, my family brings all of our pets to Dr. Miltenberger. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise and trust her with any decision regarding my precious fur children. I love that they are a fear free clinic and are very cat friendly as well. I’m never worried that they are going to just take my cat into the back and man-handle them to get the job done… they do the exam in the room and treat my cats with dignity and respect. My dogs are also treated very well during exams and we’ve been able to get same day appointments for small injuries.
I would also like to note that Dr Miltenberger is a very awesome person and accepting of the LGBTQ+ community in case that is something you are looking for in a vet.

They are friendly, knowledgeable and fast! They squeezed my Cola girl in last minute when she was really sick! The Dr went over all costs and why she wanted to run certain tests such as blood work. Very thorough and we will never take our pets anywhere else! Thank you all so so much!

I highly recommend spencer creek animal hospital! The staff and vet are always wonderful with both our dogs and cat. Plus their communication is amazing and we can usually get an appt fairly fast.

Absolutely amazing staff. They took care of my 16 year old pup for years. And when it came time to decide on laying him to rest, they were very professional and just gave me the facts and answered all my questions but kept things very neutral so I wasn't pressured into anything. Even on prior visit they never pressed any decision but was there for my pup and me. Highly recommend.

My Annie had her 1st visit last week and she was so calm and felt right at home. All of the staff was amazing and got her all fixed up while making sure she was comfortable and well cared for. This is definitely our new vet!
