Olivia did an amazing job on my boyfriend’s haircut! I’m always super nervous when he gets haircuts out of fear his hair will get butchered. But this might be one of my favorites he’s ever gotten!

Lei cut my hair for the first time today. Lei provided excellent advice and gave me the best haircut I've gotten at any sport clips. Thank you Lei! Keep up the great work and I'll see you guys in 2 weeks!

A wonderful lady named Jayne cut my fiancés hair today and he said it was the most attentive hair cut he had ever received. She was kind and talkative, and even recommended products to help with his scalp. Jayne was great and he loves his hair cut!

Came in an asked for a medium fade with long on top. They gave me a medium fade on one side and buzzed to the part on the other. I didn't want to look like Skrillex just a normal haircut. Cost me $32 for something that I had to go to another location and cut off at a #2 all around. It's pretty embarrassing since i'm starting to bald and I wanted hair for the last few years before I lost it.

Lady with black hair completely butchered my haircut. I said a little off the top (about 3 inches of hair) she proceeded to cut me down to 1 inch. Completely ignored me the whole time. I sprinted to hair saloon across the street and begged them to fix it.
This was honestly embarassing. I will also be calling their general manager, she had no personal skills and ignored the haircut notes.

this is an edit because I got a call from the manager whom I kinda dissed I suppose in the end with what I said, I'm gonna get my haircut next time personally from her, but apparently she cares about her store and reached out to me about the situation and it didn't sound like the girl that started this situation is in a good position at the moment because of this... (We will see if it goes well ) ps ask for bri. She seems to care. I guess anywhere can have rotten employees....

My second time here, and Aaron is excellent. He knows how to cut hair! Best stylist I have experienced in some time. Don't be fooled by his fast cutting. The result you will be pleased with. This is my new place to get my hair cut.

I wish I would have recorded what just happened about 5 minutes ago in here I walk in and one girl would not stop talking about how the fact that next girl was supposed to come in was late and she wasn't and would not do any more haircuts today and then the next girl got frozen stiff when I asked for a bald fade and basically threw off the impression that she has no idea what she's doing and was asking the other one to stay and help or do it and she would not do it so they both stood there kind of Frozen waiting for me to just get up and leave which is exactly what I would do and did in the situation instead of the American Life professionals she was relieved that I got up and left because neither one of them know how to do freaking haircut DO NOT GO THERE EVER EVER. PATHETIC

I have had haircuts here before and never had an issue but I got a haircut from a lady named Ashley today and it is for sure the worst haircut I have ever had. I also asked for a beard trim and never received one. She didn’t seem like she was all there to be honest. I paid for my haircut and still tipped but this lady shouldn’t be cutting hair for anyone until she receives some training. I am very unhappy with my hair and will be going to another barber today to get my hair fixed.
