I had an amazing experience at St. Charles Nissan! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. My salesperson took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process stress-free. The financing team was also fantastic. I never felt pressured, which made the experience even better. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with a great selection of new and pre-owned cars. Driving away in my Nissan, I felt confident that I made the right choice. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers from start to finish, but St. Charles Nissan absolutely does. My sister purchased a Rogue from your dealership couple years ago. She spoke very highly of her salesman Mr. Paul Hinton and his professionalism and more , that I was nothing less than impressed. I am from Indiana I told her every time I went to a dealership, I experienced pushy sales persons, not very knowledgeable of the inventory who blew up my phone every day until I blocked them. I needed to purchase another vehicle that I told my sister I wanted her to schedule an appointment for me with Mr Hinton. I traveled from Indiana to St. Louis to meet with Paul on Labor Day. I am so.pleased that I traveled the distance, he measured up to everything that was said about him. He came in on Labor Day (his off day)to meet me at the dealership. He was very professional yet friendly. He definitely is knowledgeable of the product the he sales, He was not pushy, answered all my questions. I took up about 5 hours of his time, and not once did he loose patience or rush me to make a decision. After i decided to make the purchase and signed all the paperwork, he took the time to walk me through the car options and showed me how to operate all the features so that when I drove back home, I would be comfortable operating my vehicle. Then he called a couple of times to follow up to see if I had further questions about my suv. He went way over and above what I have ever experienced when buying a car. He is definitely top tier and worth traveling the distance for 110%+ satisfaction guaranteed! Thank you Mr. Paul Hinton for your excellent service!

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful! Told me my 5 year warranty on my battery was wrong and since it was done at a dealership it was for 12 months! Go to auto zone they do free installs on batteries and you don’t get an attitude when you ask questions!

I take my Nissan to St Charles Nissan every 6 months for routine maintenance. Each maintenance recommendation is explained and the cost is reported up front. I am given the option to pick and choose what I want and can afford that day. Clint is exceptionally polite and informative.
