WHY IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THESE PEOPLE? Bona Fide good faith order and screwed over. I ordered 500rds of ammo on May 1 from an ad THEY sent me to invite ME to their site to do business. They definitely charged my card. Advertised as "in stock" online. 3 weeks weeks went by - AFTER the "Expected to ship by" date expired, I contacted CS. They told me they didn't have the item and blamed the manufacturer. They offered to send a replacement product with a store credit. I obliged and chose a similarly-priced product that showed as "in stock" on their website. The rep stated she would "get it out the door today!". A week went by without any updates. I checked the website with my account on May 30. There was no update on the original, nor the replacement product. This evidence indicates that they did not have the item in stock, as they advertised they did. FURTHER, on may 30th, they still show the product as "in stock" on their website. I believe this to be evidence a knowing violation of the Uniform Commercial Code and the Missouri Merchandising Practices act for false/misleading claims or advertising, as they continued to advertise their stock status as "in stock" after telling me that they didn't have the stock on May 22nd. I hope other potential customers aren't lured by this. I just can't believe that I'm only the LATEST person with the SAME story.

So I placed an order for ammunition on February 20. The ammunition was advertised delivers in 5 to 7 business days. After about two weeks, I sent an email inquiring about my ammo. Because every time I called whether it was when they opened, right before they closed or several times during the day, they were just too busy to take my call. I got a recording that said to leave a voicemail and I would get a call back, it never happened after several voicemails. When they did respond to my email, I was told that the shipping was delayed (which I was fine with) after a week there was no updates on my account status so I sent another email. When I finally got a response back, I was told there was another shipping delay (which again I was fine with) but the issue is is during all these shipping delays. The website was still advertising guaranteed delivery within 5 to 7 business days to this specific ammo. I finally got my ammo on March 27. Don’t pay any attention to what they advertise as far as shipping because it is not right nor accurate. None of this would’ve been an issue if they had just advertised that there was long wait times due to shipping. But it seems like they don’t care about that.

Wish I had looked up the reviews first. This place is a joke! Look them up on Yelp and there are 18 pages of "not recommended reviews". (Reviews they had removed) It has to be somebody's hobby? You look up the address on G-Earth and there is a building there, not a house, so who knows? There are far too many reputable companies around to do business with to deal the likes of this outfit. They do not answer the phone or return emails. They do have time to post crap on their FB page. It has been 30 days and my shipment that was in stock is still "currently processing" They sent a promotional email giving you a %10 discount. What I was looking for was also on sale, so I bought it. Then the website was completely jacked up and kept giving error codes. Tried for three days until they got it fixed. Placed the order and got an email conformation. Waiting to hear back form on CC company on my dispute. Life's lessons are a hard learn sometimes.

I wouldn't normally write a bad review but this company is ridiculous. My order was placed over a month ago a confirmation was received right away but never a tracking number or shipment conformation. So after a month I still don't know if or when i will receive this. If this is how they treat their customers I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know about my experience!

If there was a zero star I would rate it at that. Ordered ammo nearly a month ago customer service would not answer phone or return calls. After repeated email inquiries as to order status was informed that the truck carrying that product was weeks late...then why not list item as "temporarily out of stock" instead of taking customer money and not deliver the goods?! There's other more reputable places to do business with, this will be the last transaction with this outfit.

I've placed two orders from this company. This is how it goes, you place and order and get an order confirmation. Then you wait two to three weeks and start wondering where is my stuff? So you contact them and they tell you to wait patiently. Then you wait another two weeks and contact them again. Again you are told that they will get to your order eventually. You do eventually get what you ordered, two months later. I won't be ordering from them again. The prices are pretty good but there are other vendors out there that have the same prices and are better about communicating and shipping in a timely basis.

I came in before closing with a lot of question, and one of the staff members, Justin, was very patient and knowledgable when explaining everything to me, was able to be a satisfied purchase before I left. Just stopped in a few days ago, and received the same excellent customer service, will be stopping by whenever I will be in the area!

Purchased PMC X-TAC 5.56NATO Rifle Ammo on Jan 26, 2024. Product was listed as "In Stock" with a 2-4 Day turnaround for shipping. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 7th, no response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 9th, and received a response on the 11th stating that they were understaffed and my order had been delayed so the company could give preference to California customers due to the injunction on ammo laws. I was told my order would ship the following week. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 15th requesting tracking. No response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 16th requesting my order be refunded or shipped immediately. On Feb 19th I received an email with just a tracking number, no apologies for delays or explanations. I reached out to the customer service number at least 45 times for status on my order and no calls or voicemails were returned. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Not sure what they are up to, but they had no issue charging my card the day I placed this order. They advertised a 2-4 Day turnaround, and they took 21 days to ship. Incredibly poor customer service. Charged my card immediately, not at the point the goods were shipped. Honestly, the biggest burn here is the blatantly misleading information they provided coupled with them having no issue telling me that California orders placed after mine had become a priority. Sorry, if you live in California, that's your choice but this company seems to think that they are doing the world a favor by pandering to customers in that state. I highly suspect that this company takes and charges people for orders until they have enough cash to make bulk discount orders to the manufacturers they represent. Not a problem if you honestly communicate that to customers, but the advertising is a complete lie. My opinion of this company is that they are in fact SH*T, just as advertised. Apparently being a "Tactical Operator" doesn't convey at all into being able to run a legit business. There are lots of companies out there that value customer business, I learned the hard way this time that saving $20 is not worth dealing with a garbage company.
