I had a bad experience here at this location when me and my pal were walking around and were wrongly profiled as thugs and criminals and were escorted out when we “threw balls around” and were “warned multiple times” I will not be coming back to this location to the grown man who kicked us out. I am sorry your life is lonely and empty and I wish you well.

Pick up service sucks. Why after my email stating that my order was ready. I get there in 15mins, and I have to wait an additional 15 mins because the employee (male) had no urgency to get my order from the back I'd the store mind you he said. My order wasn't waiting for me at the pickup desk sadly. Walk in another store before going here again.

The driveup pickup at this location is a mess. Literally sat there for 30 minutes before getting my order. Had 3 employees comeup to my car with the wrong name/order.
When ordering online they regularly have something out of stock after the order is placed even though they show it in stock. Definitely finding a better alternative.

Need more cashiers open or more automatic checkouts. 4 automatic and only 1 or 2 cashiers is never enough.

Not a big fan in general of this location.
If I receive an email that an online order is "ready", I assume it means it is actually ready for immediate handoff when I arrive.
I do not assume it is off in some backroom somewhere away from the pick up area. That it will require 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the pick up area, scan my bar code, then wait another 10+ min for someone to find and bring me the order.
I mean, i could have found the items myself and gone through selfcheck out faster.
While I don't mind shopping at Target in general, if I do online pickup I do so with the expectation of some convenience; otherwise, what is the point?
Also, I have noticed multiple times, other people in line get turned away because they went to the wrong Target for their order. I have fallen victim to this once when my wife sends me to Target. Sounds like a common, systemic problem. Rather than assigning some general name to each location, especially when one name could apply to one of many locations, maybe use something more specific the street name or crossroads.
Feels like Target management doesn't really attempt to solve systemic issues all that well.

Thank goodness for the polite and hard working manager tonight who saved his employees. Target was almost empty with few customers and numerous employees standing around talking. Not one employee would let my daughter or I try clothes on in the dressing room. As two employees were standing near the dressing rooms I was told they were short staffed and we couldn't try on clothes. As I walked away to find the manager they continued standing around talking.
