“The amount of knowledge and kindness during the process was awesome. I say that because my career doesn’t have down time. I can’t be there or even show up to pick my car up during business hours. I had transmission service completed along with a tune up, transfer case service, and induction service. I drove it for 40 miles right away just because that’s what I do. I wanted to feel it you know. Jeff, it’s already off to a good start and shifting better than it was. The down shift is absolutely perfect versus before. 1 to 2 is much better. I still need to drive it many miles before the transmission adjusts accordingly. I am fully satisfied and will update during the transmission learning process. He, through experience and research found that Ford had a recall on the shift cable. Called Ford dealership and they repaired car on-site at no charge. Bruce is knowledgeable but more important, he is honest.”
