“The amount of knowledge and kindness during the process was awesome. I say that because my career doesn’t have down time. I can’t be there or even show up to pick my car up during business hours. I had transmission service completed along with a tune up, transfer case service, and induction service. I drove it for 40 miles right away just because that’s what I do. I wanted to feel it you know. Jeff, it’s already off to a good start and shifting better than it was. The down shift is absolutely perfect versus before. 1 to 2 is much better. I still need to drive it many miles before the transmission adjusts accordingly. I am fully satisfied and will update during the transmission learning process. Customer service is superb and TBOY tech seems like a person that knows what the heck he was doing. Satisfied and happy. Thank you. Don’t just think transmissions fellas. They will complete it all.”
