Love diversity but always seem to be out of smaller size Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo. Every. Single. Time. Also….the front checkout cashiers leave more to be desired as they don’t interact with you at all unless you’re in the 20s age bracket. If you’re middle aged … ahem…44??…. You will get zero interaction. Generally leave feeling slightly sad about checkout interaction every time.

Staff were not helpful, trying to find items. They just watched me struggle as I attempted to find items. Some were out of stock and once again not one staff member offered to help until I got to the front desk to check out. The girls working the registers we very helpful

I had the most fabulous employee help me today and I did not catch his name but he helped me with a whole new makeup routine and color swatches for my skin, skin type and features. Absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and I always love it here.

Nala did such a good job on my eyebrows! I’ve never gotten my eyebrows tinted before so I was nervous. She eased my worries and I trusted the process. They came out flawlessly and I will be back for my next round.

Sometimes staff is a little too focused on merchandising. Also, products are often low in stock or out of stock. I have learned that it is often easier to order online if you know what you want.

I got my hair cut, washed and styled and was so happy with the result! Sarah Gibson made my fine hair look so pretty and made me feel confident about my hair type! She used a 1 inch curling iron like I requested which was super awesome and gave me some tips to help make my hair look fuller when curling. My hair looked so pretty, thank you! I hope she stays at Ulta! PS I personally think she deserves a raise for how talented she is- it is hard to make fine hair look so good!
