I love this place they are always pleasent and quick to help without making you feel like an idiot. Iwas surprised that others had rated them 1 star so i read the reviews and frankly if your that dumb please dont blame others. The service here is great and the staff make things easy but they're not there to mitigate stupid!

first time I've gone to this location. They shipped my package to the completely wrong state. edit: went there again to see if they could help, they basically blamed me for signing off on the wrong address. Two numbers in the zip code were switched, and the city it shipped to in the other state was only 20 square miles, and there was no such road in that city either and nowhere near it too. I understand that I needed to check the address, but dear lord, the guy I dealt with pretty much handed me the claims paper, and ignored me after that.

I stopped off at the ups store #5252 at around 520pm or so on a Thursday night.
This ups store is a small shop in the front of a dierbergs and has its own door that you can enter from the outside without needing to enter the dierbergs entrance.
I have dealt with them on a few prior occasions as it's location is right off salt lick road.
They have always been quick to get the packages taking care of and a they always explain all my options and the time-frame it's expected.
Tonight was even quicker then normal.
I walked right in and Russell 1 of the at least 5 workers there walked right up to a register to help me.
We got my item taking care of within a few minutes after he entered all the details in their system.
A few customers came in right after me but they had a workers at the couple registers helping the next in line and it all seemed to be going smooth.
I had packaged my own item..but I have used their boxes before and they will cost you some money but it seemed reasonable at the time.
Understand they ship according to
Weight
Length x height x width
And all the factors can change rates alot depending on where your shipping
I will always swing by this store for my ups shipping needs because they have not let me down yet.
