Today is 11/7/2023, I've always liked US Bank, but I've learned why this branch has such bad reviews. They simple treat you as beneath them but with a very fake smile. When you're calling to understand some things, they will rush you and constantly interrupting you in mid-sentence because they assume they know your question before you get it out.

Whomever I encountered on 10/12/23 at 230 was a... how do I put it nicely... a bitch. She probably is the worse bank teller I ran across in my life and had an attitude that was sour, she almost ruined my day. All I was doing was cashing my check. THUMBS DOWN. No wonder the place was empty on a Thursday afternoon (most Americans payday)

I spoke with someone on the fraudulent department, she was a young woman and was EXTREMELY rude and should not be working in any customer service profession. She talked down to me the entire time and cut me off and did not answer any question whatsoever. I understand everyone has bad days but come on, St. Peter’s location. Do better. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I usually am not one to complain, but this banking experience is unheard of.I switched to U.S bank last year and opened up my business checking & business credit card with a 0% interest rate for the year.As I began to rack up charges on this card, for some reason I couldn’t see any pending charges. I asked why? “We need to switch your promo so you can see your transactions.” Ok great! U.S bank proceeds to switch promotions….. only to find myself being charged interest before the year is up.There’s more…..-tax refund is sent to my checking and u.s bank denies because it appears to be “fraudulent.” Ended up getting refund check last week via mail vs March.- business card is canceled without notice. U.S bank cancels my card because of a security protocol and sends a new card out the following day. Only to find 2 fraudulent charges for $1482 with Microsoft the following day.Disputing this is a pain as well. I had to hand write/fill out 3 forms and fax it over to disputes.- I begin to close my accounts. And transfer funds from us bank account to pay off a chase credit card. Once the payment has cleared I close it. Only to find out chase sent it back. The $997 payment I made to chase bank is up in the air and u.s bank claims I’m only getting a check for $875.00.I will never use them again. Thanks U.S bank for the headache and wasting my timeU.S. Bank

On Monday May 15th at 8:08 p.m. I deposited $540 cash into the ATM at this US Bank branch. Received a receipt with updated balance with the $540 i deposited into my bank account. Left the bank went home for the evening woke up the next morning to see that US Bank did a ATM deposit reversal on my account for $540 for some reason I'm guessing because the ATM is broken / malfunction timestamp on the malfunction was 858 p.m. . I am still waiting to receive my $540 deposited back into my bank account. Don't feel like I should have to suffer and wait for the ATM malfunction when I have my receipt from my deposit but the money is missing out of my account! Beyond upset

We have been with U.S. Bank for several decades and the staff at St Peters branch has always given us five (5)-star support. Everyone has treated us with smiling faces, respect, and friendly attitude. We were also given free advice on how to avoid fraud when shopping online. This branch deserves ten stars in our book.

I have banked here for years and never had a problem HOWEVER, after referring my in-laws, who just moved here from Florida, and hearing of their experience...I may stop banking here! My in-laws made an appointment, arrived EARLY, and overheard someone say "MAKE THEM WAIT, it's the principle of it!" They proceeded to help other peoplWhen someone finally came out, they greeted my BELOVED ELDERLY in-laws with a short and customer-service less "C'Mon". I am so EMBARRASSED by the associates behavior and will reconsider refer anyone again to any business that has forgotten how to treat new accounts. Needless to say, My in-laws walked out. I do appreciate the below reply giving an opportunity to speak to an ambassador!

Nobody informed me that I had to have an account with US Bank for a year before I was allowed to raise my spending limit on my debit card. Thanks to that I'm unable to payoff medical bills in full and they're recommendation was to make the payment with a credit card and then payoff the credit card. I will be closing my account with them shortly.

Terrible experience. My debit card got lost in the ATM because I didn't know I needed to grab it right away. I went inside to inquire and was told it would be retrieved by Monday and they took my number. I was out of town Monday through Friday. They never called. I called this morning to be sure they had gotten it out before I went in and was told it had been destroyed because it wasn't picked up in three days. I don't have a problem that policy, but I feel they should have called and told me that would happen.
