They never answer their phone on Saturday. They are open until 1pm. customer service is not number one at this bank. While I realise it is a Saturday I called three times starting at 10am. each time it said sorry for not taking the call and then just hangs up.

Wow, their manager Brian is amazing. After trying to get help with a CD renewal issue online and not finding anyone to help, I called my local branch. Brian was very helpful, answered my questions, and provided a great solution. Thank you

I recently joined this branch a few days ago. I set up an appointment to get my accounts set up because I was having trouble on the app. Brian Mack was great to work with and the other employees were welcoming. Everyone was very professional. Brian was also great to talk with and made the process seem very simple. I felt comfortable talking with him and asking questions. Very satisfied and glad I chose this branch!

Attempted to call directly to my local bank and no one answered. Don't know why?? I'm sure it least one person sitting around doing nothing could answer phones and questions. This was around 12.45-1pm..So I called the 800# and asked my question. The lady who answered hung up on me. Pitiful customer service. Absolutely horrible.

I recently joined this branch a few days ago. Avoid Michael Schoen. I stopped by because I needed to discuss an issue with my checking account and Michael wanted to handle it at the counter. He said they were short staffed and he couldn't leave the other teller by himself. I insisted that I sit at a desk with someone instead of discussing my banking information out in front of everyone. Michael and I sat down at a desk, I explained the issue, and then he gave me a lesson in handling basic checking account. I've had a checking account since probably a decade before this kid was born, and several other kinds of accounts since, but that didn't stop Michael from talking down to me as he explained how it works. I finally stopped him and said "I'm old enough to be your mother, I don't appreciate you talking down to me, and Lindsay at the Harvester Square branch can take care of this so I'm going over there." He responded by telling me not to talk about his mother; saying he knows Lindsay and she's the same level as he is, therefore can't do anything he can't do; and telling me he was going to call the Harvester Square branch to let them know I was coming. I told him there was no need to do that, and he said it's the bank's policy to call. So I told him no need to call, I'm not going to any other branch today. I stood up to leave, and as I started to walk away, I noticed Michael remained at the desk, which is odd considering his reluctance to leave the other teller by himself up front. So I told said "Oh, I see you're staying here to put notes in my account," which he denied.Fifteen minutes later I was sitting at Lindsay's desk at Harvester Square telling her about Michael Schoen. After she fixed the issue with my account (because she's higher up than Michael), she confirmed that the bank doesn't call other branches about customers coming over and then looked to see if there were any notes in my account. Indeed there were. According to Michael Schoen, I was demeaning to him and the branch and I became agitated when he offered to have his manager talk to me tomorrow, among other things.The manager called me the next day and while he did delete the notes on my account, he also provided excuses for Michael as he apologized for what happened.Just go somewhere else.

Went there for service the manager name Brain. He is very professional and helpful person. I’m seeing the reviews I don’t understand why the most people give them nagativ reviews. All employees working in this branch is very great and helpful.I appreciate your help.

This is the worst, after so many bad experiences I am finally taking the time to leave feedback. The attendants at the drive-through are so unbelievably slow, the service is just awful! They seem to enjoy wasting everyone’s time as the drive-through backs up. But I’ve also been here when it is slow and they just take way too long for a simple transaction. I have decided to close my account here and move to another bank.

I've banked with US Bank for years. Never had anything but good experiences. I am on here getting the hours and see that usually only people with negative things to say leave reviews. This is a nice branch.
