My brother who lives in the 63376 zip code mailed papers to my siblings and myself last Friday. My sister who lives in St.Ann received hers on Monday. My brother who lives in Arnold received his yesterday. I also live in the 63376 zip code, mail has been delivered today and I am still waiting for my papers.

Auromatic doors have been malfunctioning and broken for a year now. Parking lot lights are busted out. Be prepared to wait in line a very long time. Can't put a sign up to tell you where package drop for self-service is, but can yell at you for standing in line the wrong way.

I was number five in line upon arriving. Clerks processed us quickly and with a helpful greeting. On the way out, the automatic exterior door does not function properly. Be aware

The person (or people) who delivers my mail doesn’t close my mailbox nearly every time, leaving my mail exposed to the elements. This is not a one time thing. This is a consistent thing that has been occurring for about a year or so now. I am tired of it, especially when I have really important documents. I see many of my neighbors with their mailboxes left open as well, so it’s not just me. I’ve complained about this several times to no avail. I feel like I’m a pretty reasonable person, but at this point it’s just beyond frustrating. Don’t be careless with my mail (or many of my neighbor’s mail) like that… would you be okay with your mail being treated like that?Something weird/creepy: The mail person would always put a question mark on any mail addressed to my now-ex (prior to breaking up). However, after my ex and I broke up, I put in a request to not get my ex’s mail anymore… but I still got it for years, but this time it wouldn’t haven’t question marks on the envelope. That doesn’t sit well with me. Luckily, I haven’t gotten any of his mail in a few months (although we broke up about 4 years ago).Same-ish note: I still get mail for the former homeowners who haven’t lived here in over 8 years. And their mail never has question marks on it. I have put several stop mail requests in for this… not working.

Placed 60 invitations in your box inside the St. Peter’s post office on JULY 16. Many people who also live in St. Peter’s received their invitation on AUGUST 10th. That seems like an very LONG time for delivery!!!

My $5000 package was illegally signed for by the delivery man instead of requiring my own signature for verification of delivery. He claims it was a "courtesy." Nothing courteous about identity theft and forging documents.

They have already lost my second package and I don't even go there very often. You drop it off and it never gets scanned or delivered. It just says they haven't received it. Theft problems here. Avoid if you can.

The worker Micheal Regan used his job at the USPS to illegally track down my address and he continues to stalk and harass us, simply because his daughter and I are dating, she moved out and he hasn’t stopped bothering us since, as caught on my door camera 7/26/23, this is one out of a dozen or so times in the last couple months. Someone needs to fire him already.

Regularly used this post office for shipments to customers for a couple of months. The last time I used them, my package never left the facility according to their scans - but it has been missing for months. The USPS will not do anything about it, and I’ve been forced to just eat the loss financially (hundreds). They’ve been wholly unhelpful, unapologetic, and kinda rude as an organization (not just this branch but the people tasked with “helping” find lost items, etc.) which is really frustrating. My dad was a postman his whole life and I had nothing but respect for the mail until this. The most annoying part is that when I purchased the postage, I requested insurance but came to find out she didn’t include it - so there’s literally nothing I can do about it aside from just never use the post office again and encourage others to do the same.

My neighborhood is having concrete work done on the road and the mail person refuses to deliver mail to us. They marked two of my packages as "customer requested them to be at post office for pickup" when I did not in fact request that. So this mail person is blatantly lying to avoid having to do their job.

I believe that the hiring manager for this location specifically looks for the most RUDE, IGNORANT, NON-HELPFUL people in the St. Peters area. They will give you nothing but attitude from the start. Have questions? They’ll treat you like the dumbest person in the room.
