The service here both in store and with the service tech was amazing! Julie was very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to selecting my sectional. When I brought it home and discovered some broken wires and connectors for the reclining motors, it was very easy to set up a service call. The service tech Jermaine was just as friendly, knowledgeable and patient as he replaced the motors. Sectional works just as it should now!

I was very disappointed with my purchase from this store. I ordered a four piece sectional and spent $2,000. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the day before it all was supposed to be delivered I got a call that the ottoman was delayed a few days. I was not concerned because time was not an issue. The sectional was delivered and assembled and then the following day the store called and said they had no more ottomans in stock and I now was not able to get the matching set.
Their way of making it right was to refund me for the ottoman I already purchased. Never mind that I bought the four piece sectional because it matched. They said I was welcome to just buy another one. No offer of a discount for the inconvenience. No offer to come and take back the incomplete order that I was unhappy with. They simply refunded part of the purchase and now I have 3/4 of a living room set. I just think it was very unprofessional to sell something and only after it’s partly delivered cancel the order and make no effort to satisfy the customer.

I bought a Stearns and Foster bed with adjustable base. I tried every make/model on the floor. It was the most comfortable. I was having back issues so good timing. It replaced our 28year old mattress. When it was delievered, my allergies and asthma kicked in 2-3 days before. I elevated the head. I could breathe, slept on my back, didn't move. I was so comfortable all night long. I was able to get out of bed with less pain now. BIG improvement.
Delivery men were great and knowledgeable and came early. I guess in less than 30 min it was ready. That was surprise.
Sales lady was no stress. Answered all my questions. Explained each makers pros/cons. Allowed me to test independantly. This was awesome. I hate the ones that follow you all around like a lost puppy. I highly recommend SALLY at St Peters.

I got a couch with value city a few months ago and there ended up being a problem with the couch. I called in and within 48 hours they sent a guy to look at it, contacted me and told me to come in and pick a new one out. They were super easy about it. The manager and staff were really professional when we came out last night to pick one out. Probably the best customer service I've gotten in a long time. Thanks guys
