Megan was awesome!!! She was outstanding and explained everything very well. She greeted us at the door and made sure we were comfortable. She answered all of our questions and concerns. We are very happy with Vantage Credit Union at Cave Springs in St. Peters MO!!!

At first I wasn’t happy when they moved to teller-less banking. I thought it would no longer be friendly and personal but I was sure wrong. Working with Megan and Samantha in particular on my mom’s accounts when she passed away has been a true pleasure! They know what they are doing and if they don’t, they call somebody who does! In the few times this has happened, they then explain it all to me so I understand. The person at the front desk is also extremely friendly and helpful. I have had an account with Vantage (formerly Education Employees CU) for 55 years and continue to be very pleased. Thank you Cave Springs Vantage!!!

I went in after being bludgeoned by car repairs and I was unsure of my options. Sean asked me a few questions about my goals and suggested a Home Equity loan for debt consolidation and home repairs. He made suggestions and educated me about the "smart money" way to do things. He and Vantage get my highest recommendation!

I have been a Vantage Credit Union member for at least 35 years, now at Cave Springs (St.Charles) for the past 15 years. The people are wonderful and helpful. I was recently faced with needing a fast loan for a new-roof deductible. Sean Clawson twice spent over an hour helping me understand the paperwork I had received, and offered several options for the money I'd need ... AND he help calm me down. Sean also put me in touch with a Credit Union Insurance Agent to look into future homeowners insurance. I've also had several account problems in recent years with fraud and credit card hacking. Each time, VCU contacted me when they noticed suspicious activity, helped me recover money when possible, and opened new accounts for me. I have every confidence that I can depend on Vantage Credit Union to take care of me in every financial situation. Thanks to Sean and everyone at the Cave Springs VCU branch! Dianne G

Vantage Cave Springs has the best employees. We have been long time members of the credit union and when they launched their new online banking my husband and I were having troubles. They went out of their way to help create an email address so we could get access codes to get in. They are always friendly and welcoming.

Love banking with Vantage Credit Union in Cave Springs. Staff is very friendly, quick and customer service oriented. Facilities are clean and love popcorn Fridays. Their online app is great. Very personal service.

My wife and I took out a home equity loan through Vantage. Sean Clawson helped us and we were able to close in a little over three weeks! Everything was easy, we highly recommend Vantage.

The representatives at this location are absolutely phenomenal. I worked directly with Andre to open a checking account and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly with everything. I would highly recommend VCU and especially this location to anyone?

Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of using. I've only been here since maybe March. If I was able to give negative stars and shut them down for good, I would! Maybe a call to the FDIC will get them acting right?Here's what happened. A few weeks ago, I thought I lost my debit card. This happens all the time so I just thought it would show up. Unfortunately, it didn't. About two weeks later, unauthorized charges began coming out of my account. I immediately locked the card, and notified them of a theft. However, the damage was already done. I was negative $400 in my account. I went in the next day to make my official report to the bank. They told me they couldn't submit or file the report until I go to the police and file a report. So I went to the police. Well they told me I had to go around to all the police departments where the theft occurred (So it would be St. Peters, St. Charles, and St. Charles County.) Well, unfortunately they are all only open until 5, but I work until 6. I could not take off work, or even take a lunch long enough to take care of this. Still the bank refused to touch my report. So now I have been informed that there's no point in trying to resolve it, as it's past two business days so I am liable for all charges. I am literally beyond upset. According to the FDIC, banks must do their own investigating and then THEY would get police involved if needed. However, I was not awarded that curtosey so now I'm behind on damn near every bill I have. If you want a bank that has your back, THIS ONE IS NOT IT, PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Earlier this spring, I was in St. Peters for a lunch meeting and stopped at the VCU branch...everyone was simply terrific and went the extra mile to help me. Recently, I had a problem with Bill Pay and reached out to the Manager, Samantha. She also has been just wonderful and guided me as to how to resolve my Bill Pay issue. I have been a VCU Member for over 45 years and couldn't ask for a better financial institution. Tremendous customer service!

My wife was having a problem with bill pay on your new online banking. She described the issue to Amy at the Cave Springs branch. Amy called IT and they, not only were able to give her an answer, but a few days later she noticed IT had made it even easier to make a transfer from our account with a “onetime” payment. A BIG shout out to Amy and the IT department for quick and very professional assistance. Vantage Credit Union, Thank You for having the best Member Service people.

Cindy Fitzgerald and Bailey and all the people that work at VCU are incredible. I bank there because everyone there gives 100% to the customers! Always a wonderful experience.

I never had an issue in the nearly 20 yrs I’ve had this account until recently. They randomly start charging you fees that you have to jump through hoops to cancel. DO NOT BANK HERE
