The MOST HORRIBLE customer service experience at this Verizon store. You better go to the one on Highway K. Thanks to the aggressive and hostile manager I canceled my service with Verizon completely right after I left this store.

I just lost 4 hours of of my Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My phone stops being able to make calls, check the service map online- all is well. My wife's (Verizon)phone is working just fine. Next I go to the online tutorial. No luck after jumping through multiple hoops and phone resets. I start an online chat with Cheng- jump through more of the same hoops without any success. Cheng tells me I need to factory reset my phone and contact my provider. Now my phone is locked in reset mode and useful for nothing more than a paperweight. Since I can't call, I drive to the Verizon store. They tell me they were hacked and Verizon's response was to just 'shut everything down'.
Why have a service map if it's not updated? Why have Technical support on the other side of the world? Why doesn't tech support know about a hacking attempt or a system shutdown? Why did I just have to go through a factory reset for a known problem? Why say everything will be back to normal at 4 and its now 4:30 and the problem isn't corrected?
I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years; last phone with them. Technical support on the other side of the world, that has no knowledge of service interruptions, that puts you through the same steps as the online tutorial. How is that support?

I got off of work and got to the store at 6:59 pm and had to return internet box they close at 7:00 ,One of the employees came outside to close up the store as I was walking in didn't get his name but that is extremely unprofessional my return would have been less than a minute yet you failed to satisfy a paying customer

They shouldn't even get one star. I paid. Left with phones that they didn't activate and had to spend hours trying to get them activated which still are not activated.

I bought a new phone on Amazon, went to a store in San Francisco, and they inserted an incompatible simcard. I didn't discover this problem until I was in St. Peters. This store replaced the simcard for free - with no trouble whatsoever - and made sure my days-long-ordeal attempting to activate my new phone would prove a success. I am very grateful for their help.

I am not sure when this place opened because the building itself is new. It's right next door to Barnes & Noble. I went here to look at the possibly upgrading my phone. I went in the late afternoon (3-4p) and there were to workers. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and asked questions to see if there was anything they could help me with. First thing, the workers were very professional and I didn't feel pressured into anything. However, one always stayed near by to see if I had any questions. The place is very clean and quiet. The display areas had quite a bit of the smartphones. You distinctly knew what area to go for the iphones and androids. Ultimately, I walked out without an upgrade but I liked that I didn't have a worker breathing down my neck ready to pounce before I walked out so they could try to sell me something.

This is a new location for the Closing location on Veterans memorial Dr. I recently started going to the Verizon store out in St. Peters because I work out here and my work wanted me to have a phone. I met a sales person that has taken care of both my personal account and business account very well. Her name is Tess and she is on her game every time I need help with our plan or phones. I would recommend both this store and Tess as a sales person. I know most people that are trying to get you to buy a phone really pressure you into something but she really answered all my questions without making me feel like I needed to walk out with a phone. I was torn between the droid options and the iPhone 4. she helped me with all the issues I had and helped me figure a way to save money with our account also. When I went back to my boss I had a real list of positive reasons to add my line and move to a different account. I will be upset if she ever transfers or leaves Verizon. It is hard to find someone that actually looks out for you and gets you what you need.
