The service in store was nice. The price of access like screen savers and cases are double to triple what you can find at Best Buy or Amazon

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER. I haven't done business with this company in over 12 or 13 years and they just put a$68 charge off on my credit report from 2017 its April 2024. I have spent a month calling this Mess of a company, with Zero results. Disputed the amount. They came back and said that it was valid. The account number they put on the credit report is Not a 15 digit vzw (Verizon Wireless) account number. I've given their corporate billing Every phone number I've had for the past 15 years, my ssn and tax id and they have NO information on me. Even though I didnt have service with them I just want to pay it and get it over with. But after a month of trying all I have is a waste on my life.

It's was easy to make an appointment and have plenty of time to pick everything we wanted. We basically had the store to ourselves on a Saturday.

Was looking to change services. Checked in and waited a half hour. Didn't think that the line was moving so I ran across the street to run an errand. Never got the call to come back.

Every time I go in there are 3-5 people standing around doing nothing and always told they can’t help me in store that I need to go online. What’s the point of having the physical location and people on site if you’re referring everyone to online chat?

Had something wrong with my iPhone and stopped in for advice. I was greeted with a smile and had short wait. While my issue was not resolved it was not due to the nice effort of the associate.
