They lied to us. They signed us up for a 2 year contract and here we are 2 1/2 years later and they are saying that our phones are not paid off, and we have 8 months left. What in the hell. Verizon sucks.

Called the store and spoke to a girl named Chelsea. She was the rudest person ive ever encountered on the phone. I had a general questions about the product that I bought a week ago and she got rude with me and hung up. I called back and got her again, tried to restart the conversation and she was even more rude, and hung up on me again! I called back a third time and finally got another guy on the phone and was very helpful but also told me that the girl, Chelsea, said I was cussing at her which never happened. ive worked in customer service and evern worked in phone sales for 3+ years. I don't treat people like that.
I had a great experience at this store every other time but the way Chelsea treated me and lied about our interaction, (WHICH THESE CALLS ARE RECORDED SO IT WILL SHOW HOW SHE LIED) was overall upsetting and I don't plan on returning to that store.

Came into this location to get help with shipping my return back to Verizon. I was told that they couldn’t help me because they weren’t a Verizon Corporate Store. I was told that I needed to visit a corporate store for help. The representative told me that I can visit the store on Suemandy. I then shared that I am not familiar with this area and asked for the address. I was then told to, “just Google it.” I shared with the worker that I did just Google it and that’s how I found this store. I shared with him that I just want to make sure that I am going to the right location. He then turned around his screen and the actual location was on Mid Rivers Mall Dr. There’s a better way to serve customers and this individual was just rude.

First, i went last week, wanting to upgrade. I asked for the newest Apple Watch. Which I’m told by the employee that it was the SE 2 .No, it’s the generation 9. Butthey couldn’t get it until november, they just told me that. I went to Best Buy toget the watch. Had it in two days. They were able to access my plan and get it ready to go when i had it in my hands! Well, i was having a bit of a problem seeing it up. I went to this location again(but never again) and the jackwagon who was bothered to help me when he found outi bought it from Best Buy asks” well does it have cellular “ of course it does! You see, I’m not the idiot here! But i politely told him yes. He s sorts down alls my number, then wants my id, which three times last week i was not asked once for it. Not even by the manager. So, i tell him i have it scanned in to the Verizon app. That’s not good enough for him. He says he doesn’t want to help me if I’m the one with the attitude. But he was the one with the attitude, i told him i just match energy. So i left. There was only one decent person in that store and it was the Eric? Of you go in, stick with him. But just so people know, you can go to best buy, get good deals, and they can add to your plan from there.

Went above and beyond to help me with My Verizon account even stayed late
