Terrible pharmacy location. Excessive wait every time, regardless of time of day or volume. And forget about the drive-through, might as well be called the "sit till you run out of time or gas way".

Doc sent prescription in. I called and they said never received. I ended up asking doc office send it again.I told girl at drive through window what I was there for. She told me the price. Its too high. I asked for Good RX price and provided my info.By this time I assume it was pharmacist entered in info as girl didn't know. Pharmacist says not coming up. ??? BOTH ignored what prescription I was there too pick up. Gave me an old script.I got home and open it then read directions. THEY gave me the wrong script. SHOCK. I do not needed this one as its old. After telling 2 different people and providing the Good RX info. WOW.So I got back to Walgreens drove through and ask for MGR this time. That person wouldn't give me my money back or store credit KNOWING its THEIR fault. Their incompetence cost me.Contacting HQ ! Watch out for these people who are not trained nor do they listen nor care about doing a proper quality SAFE job. Where's your CUSTOMER SERVICE ?Anyone else encounter?

The pharmacists and pharmacy staff have been great! They remain pleasant and customer oriented every time I have been in there over the years. I highly recommend Walgreens on Central School Road.

My daughter went to get her medicine and spoke with Trinna. She told her what her insurance was and asked if she can find her insurance. Trinna laughed at my daughter and said, " So I am supposed to do that". I asked her a second time and same response with her laughing at my daughter. My daughter asked her name, and she showed her badge and laughed. My daughter told her she would come back. Before she left the parking lot she calls and says her medicine is ready. She should not be working with the public. She should be fired! Trinna was very rude!

Horrible experience! Don't take your FedEx packages here because they don't know how to receive them. After wasting 30 mins of my time they told me couldn't take my package.

Just watched the cashier at your walgreens hold a mans card hostage, refuse to give it back, until she saw his ID. Just so happened he was a black man, and she didnt request to see anyone elses ID, even the people buying cigarettes, she actually joked with them, making a mockery of this man who wanted his credit card back. He finally came back in with his ID, and big surprise, it was his card. Your cashiers dont get to hold someones property hostage, they are not cops. Thats not ok. Im not sure what kind of people you think you employ but that lady was 100% racially motivated in this action. Completely unacceptable behavior and i hope that cashier gets fired.

Unfortunately Walgreens pharmacy staff had since last year missing my medication, always a delay and they no informed me that they changed de system for an App, I have to guess that changed they did, I am open a complaint for this store and then just leave, I feel they did no respected me like a customer

This is the best Walgreens in the area. I use their pharmacy and they're always fast and the techs are knowledgeable and friendly and answer any questions I have. Pharmacy tech Cat is always very nice and helpful and she was helping a co worker as well so it seems they have a good dynamic to working as a team and getting customers taken care of. They're also the only place that has the cherry laffy taffy so I frequently go to this one.

Hours changed to close at 7pm, have to rush home from work to pick up prescriptions. Wouldn't provide me a flu shot without an appointment and no customers were waiting. They were giving walkin vaccinations a month ago. Prescriptions aren't filled on time. Staff has become rude, turnover seems to be a thing as I never see the same people twice here. Pharmacy seems to be more interested in their hour off for lunch than my health. Been a Walgreens customer for over 50 years but I think I will let Walmart fill my prescriptions now.

I wanted to purchase multiple jugs of laundry detergent on sale in the ad. There was no limit in the sale ad. I was told I could only buy two. The manager was putting limits on how many people can buy when there was no stipulation in the ad.
