This location was no help in refilling a prescription. The day before running out, they tell me they are out of stock. Their only solution was for ME to call around to try and find another pharmacy that could fill my prescription. It took me 3 phone calls to do so. Thanks for your subpar customer service Walgreens.

It is so hard to get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. Every time I submit a prescription on the app, it says, “Action Needed” and I have to call the Pharmacy to fix it and push the prescription through. Then my prescriptions are never ready when the app says that they will be ready. I always have to call and ask for them to be filled or they just sit in the app saying “Processing” for days. I understand that they are busy this time of year, but people can’t go without certain medications. They could stand to hire more staff. The 24 hour Pharmacy at Hwy K & N has much quicker and smoother service. It is also frustrating that a good portion of their medications come from a distribution center now and take multiple days to arrive.

I stood in line to pick up a prescription for my wife and was told that the pharmacist had to bag the prescription and it would be ready in two or three minutes. Fine, and I sat down to wait immediately across from the counter. Forty minutes later, one of the people behind the counter, a nice young African American lady, noticed me and asked if she could help me. She retrieved my wife's prescription, and who knows how long it had been sitting back there, but I was finally able to pay for the prescription. My wife had suggested I transfer my prescription to this Walgreens, and I can tell you there isn't a chance of that happening.

I have been a loyal customer for decades. However, given the horrible experiences I have had the last few months, I am seriously considering giving up on Walgreens and finding a new pharmacy. They are repeatedly losing my filled prescriptions and have either required me to wait until they filled again, or a controlled substance most recently that they refused to fill again despite them having lost it. I had to circle back around to the drive thru repeatedly for almost an hour and a half to pick up 2 prescriptions today. If you want to get your prescriptions timely, don't go here.

I made an appointment for me and my wife to get vaccinated with the latest booster. Arrived early for 10:30 Appt. Did not get checked in until 11:00. Said it would be $185.00 not free. Still waiting for shot 30 minutes later, this place is a joke. Will never return.

Pharmacy is INCREDIBLY slow. There is always a huge line and they often make mistakes on insurance and prescriptions. Also, your prescriptions are never ready or available on time. Had to go multiple days without my heart meds, which are kind of important to have. Could definitely use more competent Pharmacy Techs. And if you need to call the pharmacy to ask a question or for any reason, expect to be put on hold for at least 15 minutes. Also, be aware that they get their prescriptions from a distribution center, so your medication may be out of stock and take extra days (or over a week) to be refilled at this location. If you need your meds quicker than that, use a different location to be safe. Overall, this location is understocked, understaffed, and the pharmacy is a disaster.

I was just trying to reload cash on to my debit card and the lady put in the wrong number, I requested 135.05 she put 138, so I would've had to pay 141 and some change, I will not be back to this location, I've never had this much trouble at any other Walgreens

Not only would she change my doctors prescription, but when Irene disagreed with my doctor, she would deny my medication completely!! She even stated "I have the right to override the doctor" I am also reporting her to the state licensing board I ow get my prescriptions at CVS They are excellent and they don't question my doctor

Been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and I think it’s finally time to switch. Every time I pick up my prescription I have the pleasure of dealing with Cassandra who is less than thrilled to be working. Today after I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru i finally made it to the window where Cassandra was taking her time wiping down her headset (mind you the line is still 6 cars deep behind me). When she was finally ready to help me she just blankly stared at me, no “hello”, no “how can I help you”. I give her my info and she walks off silent and disappears for 10 mins. When she returns she states she couldn’t find the prescription, no biggie. She rings me up and the total was more than usual and I kindly ask “are you sure that for the right prescription?” Where she not so kindly responds “you gave me the address and phone number correct?”. Ok then. I then ask if I can pay with my express pay like I have for the past 2 years, response..”nope, no card on file”. I state that that is odd and I asked how could the card have been deleted and of course she has no idea and she blankly stares at me.Moral of the story is customer service is terrible here, lines are slow, prescriptions get delayed constantly and I’m pretty sure Cassandra hates her job. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Zero CS skills at pharmacy pickup window! On three separate occasions, during second shift RX pickup, I pulled up in front of window and was ignored while Tech sat in front of PC screen for several minutes. No acknowledgement, or I'll be right with you, no smile. The Tech clearly, has no business dealing with customers.

I came in and there was a older gentleman that said photo associate on his name badge, there was no physical name, he was very pleasant he was greeting everyone as they walked in stating "welcome to Walgreens", and greeting everyone with a smile. I was only up there for a few moments but if there was more than one person in line he was paging for another cashier to come to the front to use the other register. John came up and assisted him and was also very pleasant and had me checked out under a minute and on my way while also having a conversation with me about my day. One of the best Walgreens I've been in everyone was just so pleasant and friendly.

I wonder why huge companies like Walgreens can't invest in good customer experience training or is it that individuals don't care about their jobs anymore? I went in to pick up a prescription for my baby. Got there at 9pm. Cassandra at the counter asked for her date of birth and name. I spelt out her name...twice infact. She told me they just received the order so give them afew minutes...no problem. 25minutes go by & she comes back & tells me to re-state date of birth. I confirm again & she tells me it's showing as 07/01/2001. My baby is with me in her carseat so I jokingly look at her & say no way she was born in 2001. She tells me I need to call the urgent care we just left to have them call in the prescription. So I do that and the nurse at the urgent care confirms that they already sent it but she's more than happy to call it in. 15min later, here is Cassandra again, "I thought you said your baby's name was Jackson?" So confused, I looked at her and asked her why for the last 40min of me waiting patienty would I claim my baby's name was Jackson? She insists that she asked & I confirmed it. My daughter's name is 3 characters...sounds absolutely nothing like Jackson. Her last name is African which I spelt out twice which again sounds nothing like Jackson. So Cassandra having no concept of accountability whatsoever walks off telling her coworkers that she knows I confirmed my child's name was Jackson. Repeating over & over as if I' was not still standing there & had been for the last 45min. I guess in Cassandra's eyes, she's absolutely perfect so no way she misheard the name right from the start. No way she could have taken ownership and said, "I'm sorry ma'am, I absolutely thought you said Jackson earlier but now that we have the correct information, let's get this for you right away." Finally, out of frustration, I left with no prescription after 50min of waiting. Cassandra promptly told her coworkers that i didn't want the prescription, again no ownership or accountability for the horrible experience. Please go to any other pharmacy if you value your time & experience, not this one.
