The pharmacy seems unable to fill a prescription even when I get a call saying it’s ready to be picked up. If the medication you are taking needs to be taken on a strict schedule I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

PHARMACY. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment for a simple flu shot. We went to ask about how much longer it would be and they were unable to tell us when they could get to our appointment. Pharmacist was rude, did not care how long we were waiting, and had no intention to serve the customers in front of him. They had no respect for our time.
The pharmacist in training was apologetic, but ultimately could not help us complete our visit

The front register employees and managers are all excellent in my personal opinion! The pharmacists are always kind , helpful and knowledgeable . One of the fairly young pharmacy techs ( don’t know her name but the only one with red hair) is often curt, indifferent and not welcoming with customers at all! Being young is no excuse to not provide customers service with a smile! If she doesn’t like her job or providing good customer service perhaps she needs to get a job elsewhere. Walgreens has been around forever and usually has excellent employees with a welcoming and good attitude.

Very little accountability taken when prescriptions aren’t ready on time. The focus seemed to be on who else in the building could be to blame rather than solving the issue promptly.

Went to pick up medicine today for the first time in a while and the lady in the drive thru was not in a good mood and made me feel uncomfortable. I already don’t like picking up medication as it is and I felt unwelcomed.

PHARMACY REVIEW - I have had multiple negative interactions at this location, all surrounding the theme of being unwilling to help or explain why my prescription is being denied. It is too often met with rude and condescending attitude. I believe the name of one of the women I talked to was Rachel - rude, condescending and seemed irritated that I had the audacity to ask questions. Will be looking for another pharmacy, as I genuinely get nervous to contact/speak to anyone at this location for fear of aggressive behavior.
Store itself seems great! Just that pharmacy. Jeez.

Called the store to make sure they can do passport photos. Showed up 5 minutes later. Was first told the lady was at lunch. She calls whenever supposed to do them,then comebacks and says we are not doing photos rest of the night. It was 6:30. Does not matter what it is. Always a problem. Don't get me started on the pharmacy.

If i could give the pharmacy staff 0 stars I would. The only reason I go here is that it’s close. It seems to be a job prerequisite for all phamacy techs to be slow, unhelpful and borderline rude, so no matter where you go, it’s all the same anyway.

The absolute worst pharmacy. My son gets 2 scripts every month went to pick one up today and was very rudely told he only had one until I literally got rude myself and threaten legal action then was told that if I wanted the other one when its due I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AND REMIND THE PHARMACIST THAT I NEEDED IT FILLED! I have never had to call and remind a pharmacist to do their job! The staff is always rude

I love this Walgreens. I go to this location all the time. I usually go to this to get 3 items. And my total always comes out to 666 every time. All the employees are amazing. You guys keep up the good work.

Me and another car Pulled up to the Pharmacy drive thru at 1:25 with 2 cars already sitting in the drive thru. Their meal break is 1:30 but after they took the car in front of me past the 1:30 mark (we got there at the same time) I assumed they would just get me taken care of real quick.Wrong, I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed because I wasn't there before 1:30. I told them that was not accurate as I pulled up the same time as the car they had JUST HELPED. I was told that they checked the cameras and I wasn't there and said come back after 2:00pm they then proceeded to close the window and leave. Extremely mad at this point I drove and went into the store to talk to the manager Patrick who is a super pleasant guy and I made him aware of what happened, I told him I understand they have a meal break to abide by but it's not professional to call me a liar or decide they arnt going to take me when they took the Car in front of me and we pulled up at the same time. I then proceeded to go wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes until they came back from lunch, only Patrick was handing me my meds not this women could it have been she knew I was there and didn't want to deal with the issue she started? Who knows, I will say Patrick did try and offer in store credit for the inconvenience which I appreciated but ultimately declined. I dont want any type of in store credit or anything really, I just want to be treated with respect and not called a liar. my only regret was not getting this woman's name so she could be reported to upper management because she had no business in customer service if she's gonna talk to people that way.

If you get prescriptions filled here, I recommend going literally anywhere else in Saint Charles County! Walgreens was the only place I would ever use for my family’s prescriptions. I am having everything moved! It’s pretty sad when I receive better customer service from a fast food restaurant down the street than the customer service I receive from my pharmacy. Not a single person in this pharmacy cares about you, your family or what medications you need. They limit there hours from 9am to 6pm, I call at 9am on the dot to have a prescription refilled and they can’t get it done until 2-3pm? Absolutely ridiculous!Do not go here for prescriptions! You’ll talk to the most ignorant people and will receive the absolute worst service!This review is regarding PHARMACY ONLY! If I had to rate Walgreens the store, 5 stars! The pharmacy deserves zero stars, if only it were an option!
