Scheduled an immunization appointment on a Saturday afternoon but showed up early. The pharmacist took care of us and got us in and out in no time. She knows what she’s doing as the shots didn’t hurt. Thank you.

Pharmacy ain't worth squat. You can call in days before pick up, and there will still be an excuse for why it's not done and ready. Go to other places to have your stuff filled. This place will always let you down.

My boyfriend has some sort of reaction every single time he gets a vaccine where his body rejects it (vezo Vega), and he psyches himself out and he faints and goes pale or almost gets sick. It’s not even a fear thing for him, it’s his body reacting immediately after a foreign substance enters it by injection. It’s been that way ever since he was a child, including even when he got his Covid vaccine last year it happened. We explained this to the pharmacist, Amy. She said she’s never had anyone faint on her in 14 years. We were joking and telling her we’re sorry we may ruin your winning streak!! TRUST - she didn’t let it happen!!! She was so kind and went above and beyond to walk my boyfriend through everything and gave him tips on how to make his body feel it less, and even sat with him afterwards, occupying his mind. For the first time in his LIFE - he didn’t faint!! She went the extra mile to make him comfortable and make the whole experience, some thing actually *pleasant* rather than totally dreadful. For both of us! I wish we could find her for every single vaccine for him he’ll need for the rest of his life because that was truly miraculous and we can’t thank her enough! This woman deserves HUGE props for achieving what he thought was the impossible!!!! Thank you so so much Amy! You’re amazing!!!

Routinely, there is no urgency to vaccinate customers when they arrive on time for scheduled appointment. So far, been waiting 31 minutes for vaccination.Walmart Pharmacy has better walk-in service in this regard.

Very poor customer service by one particular cashier. I really don't know why she has a job working with people. She went off about what kind of cigarettes I wanted to buy. Very anti social.

Anna was absolutely rude. When I walked in she was on her phone at the desk with her feet up. I asked her a question she then rolled her eyes at me and said ugh no. Thankfully another lady then came up and had to actually appoliogize for her coworkers attitude.

#shameful. You can get a covid shot here, but God help you if you book your flu shot online. They tell you you can't have it and have to come back for another appointment.Scheduled them both at once because of the incentive for the extra shopping coupon, and for the convenience. Isn't that the whole point of scheduling online? Called my regular Walgreens location, Who invited me to just stop on by. Avoid the 1305 jungerman location like the plague!
