My first visit to their pharmacy I got there at 2:07 just to find out somebody took a long lunch break so nobody was there.. a month later my final visits will be because I was told a script was not ready on a Wednesday and I would have to come back Friday. On Friday I was told again it was not ready, when I asked when it would arrive I as told they get a shipment Monday, when I asked her to confirm she got a supervisor who offered me some Nature made vitamins stating "cut there in half its basically the same thing" which I doubt was true but if that was the case why did the two previous pharmacist fail to offer that option. When I called back I told them that I have ended up in the ER previously over low magnesium (the script I was trying to fill) and them delaying the refill is risking my health. She giggled, said good luck, and hung up on me. The called again now trying to force me to come in and now wont stop leaving me harassing voicemails.

Don't expect this pharmacy to have your prescription in stock for days on end, there are better pharmacies and better walmart pharmacies you should go to instead of this one, atleast if you want your medication on time.

Just found out, they are remodeling, firing all the checkers, even ones that have been w/ the company for decades. It will be self check out only. Plus I also heard the AC isn't broke. Corporate apparently decided to set it on 78 to save even more. I feel sorry for the stockers and that one or two who have to manage the 4 check out lines each. What a bummer.

Pure incompetence. I have a full time job so I don't need to do Spark delivery however I do it to work more and help people out. Win win. Today was not a win. June 19th, 7:30 pm. Seemed like the people picking took a lunch break mid session as when I arrived the cart had 7 of the 15 items. Took me about 10 minutes to get some help to which the head cashier (I assume) called a supervisor (I assume). He tells me someone will be up shortly to help me. A few minutes later two younger guys, probably less than 20 yrs old, both had glasses probably around 6 foot tall, come n grab a cart and head off. Not saying a word to me or asking if I needed help. About 30 minutes later they come back with 8 items to fill my order. Kind of useless to do this Spark delivery if I'm going to be wasting my time sitting waiting for orders! Get better employees. Please

Maybe the pharmacy staff needs to be a little more subtle about following people around if they think they are stealing. Very offensive!

first off I'm going to start by saying there management is rude and completely disrespectful! I ordered groceries during this pandemic for me and my 4 kids at 1030am on Friday and they told me because in there system it came up as EBT that they couldn't change the order to a debit transaction WHICH WASN'T EVEN MY FAULT! so not only do I have to CANCEL my order which I ordered a week ago now I cant get my groceries TO FEED MY KIDS and I'd have to wait and reorder! along with waiting a week for anything anywhere to open for pick up and I can't go into the store because of being ammune compromised.. they gave me zero other options, not to pay inside not to re-ring anything To helo me out nothing! Even when it wasn't even my fault.. Also talked to the manager and his response was "we can't change the payment" and he just kept repeating himself! so needles to say they aren't doing there part by helping us while where in this time of need! I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star honestly with how completely rude and unsatisfactory they are making things, sat outside for over 30 minutes with no one even coming to let me know what's going on.

Weird mix of bargain, but offensive. I hate the place needing to check my purchases before I leave, but glad about the bargains I purchased. Sam created a global juggernaut that benefits customers at expense of public education... I feel like Democrats working with Trump for legislation. Yes I get bargains like Tide detergent, medical equipment or loafs of bread, but at what cost to suppliers, workers & society... really that loaf of bread is a buck... if I wasn't screwing the farmers & allowing a 2 different workers to check my bargain purchase I wouldn't get this deal. The guilt of being to broke to shop at Whole Foods & pay private education then understand the contradiction to shopping here.

Excellent place with sound pricing. I buy all my basics here and my meat from Mannino's. They always have strong deals on clearance stuff here also.

I've been to the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Mid-Rivers Mall dr several times and liked it so I stopped by this one on Sutters Mill one afternoon while in the neighborhood. These stores are clean and bright and they have a pretty nice selection considering. If you need help the service is friendly and upbeat. I didn't need any help today. My complaint actually really has nothing to do with the store but who they allow in front of the store. There was a man at a fundraising table near the entrance of the store. He and his cohort were raising money for Jesus. Sure, he's entitled to do this however I found this man to be extremely rude and pushy. On both my way in AND way out he was calling out "Mam, Mam, could you please come over here?" When I didn't respond or acknowledge him he came closer and got louder "We're asking for donations here for blah blah blah." I observed him do this to several other people as well. I find it way to aggressive to move from the table towards a customer who isn't engaging with you. I think it's an uncomfortable situation and one I don't expect when I'm running in to pick up a few groceries. Honestly, I would give it one more chance but if I found the same situation again I would not return. 1:55pm on 5/11/18

I love the people that work here!! The Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are amazing! It's so nice to have that little market to run in and grab things you need and run out! Mrs. Glenda at the self check out is the sweetest, most wonderful lady! I her! Only thing I wish is it was open earlier in the morning like 5am, I have to be at work by 6 and I so miss going in the morning for stuff.

Love this store! The staff is so friendly and helpful! Great products at great prices. The staff here is just the best, not your typical Walmart employees. This store and the one on Mid Rivers are five stars!

At least 10 employees here i saw and only two self checkout lanes open. Thats the only check out lanes open. No one greeted me or ask if i needed assistance. They just stood around while 5 people waited in line to ck out. My bad luck was to be behind customers in both that had a cart full of items. This was my 1st and last time here. Very poor mgnt!!!
