The staff are friendly, can usually find what I need here.
However, we were here tonight checking out at 9 pm and there was no check out lanes available. I know they’re open until 11 pm.
Only the self checkout was available.
We got a lot of groceries so it was really inconvenient to go through self checkout like that. My mom was in the electric wheel chair with cart attachment that Walmart provides but I had to get another cart to place our groceries.
If she has to go in the store by herself she can’t stand for long so how would she be able to only do self check out?
I don’t think disabled people were in mind whenever Walmart management made this decision to close the regular lanes. I also know Walmart isn’t the only store that does this. Target does it too.
Maybe it will change sometime, hopefully soon.

They don't even sell most of the things I came here for anymore.
You're better off going elsewhere - the Supercenter, if you must go to Walmart.

Eric B. at St. Peter Mo. Shutters Mill location was very rude. Said he couldn't check me out because I was buying beer. I asked if he could call someone over. He stated he only had 3 minutes left. I went to self check out. Joe was very nice as he is the person who sign off on my beer purchase. He went and told the manager about the situation. Eric was just rude and lazy. I am not one to complain about little thing but this is ridiculous.

Friendly staff, except for the woman that met us at the door and absolutely BARKED "Ya got 10 minutes! We're closing! Make it quick!" I was only running in for a soda and would never make someone stay late 😕

Lousy, been waiting for over 20 minutes for a pickup order that said it was ready, nobody else in the parking lot so they are not busy. Called the store and they laughed about it.

Just left the Walmart parking lot. As my partner and I were packing up the car with our bags, the employee collecting carts came over to us and pointed to a red pick-up truck and said to my partner “I thought this truck was yours, you know big guys like trucks”. My partner and I are plus size people. I asked him what he meant by this and he back peddled trying to remove the “big guy” portion, however, that was the point of his statement to begin with. This man was clearly differently-abled, but he continued to hover over us waiting to collect our cart after the ignorant statement he made. My partner, insulted, let him know that we would return the cart after we finished. He still insisted on waiting on the cart and kept moving closer to me like he was going to rob me. I was actually scared of this man. I finally had to jump in and say he is making us uncomfortable. He copped and attitude, said whatever, and walked away speedily. SINGLE LADIES AND MOTHERS YOU ARE NOT SAFE HERE!!!
The cashier employees inside were also miserable and openly complaining about working at Walmart.
This was easily one of the lowest-class experiences of my life.

Everytime I come into this place I'm subjected to fem cult bickering from the 40 plus year old workers who have a problem because I am gay? Wow? Isn't that grounds for a lawsuit? Leave me alone and go back to telling me to have a nice night when I'm leaving or I'm taking action.

I checked out my mother's large order and my medium order at self check out in half the time the courtesy desk checked out my mother for 3 lottery tickets. These people are payed to stand around. I only go here because I need item that are only sold at this store.
