“WAY above and beyond service! I had a sentimental sport watch face that was my dads that needed a new band so I could give it to my son. My dad passed 13 years ago so exact band isn't made anymore. They found a band that would work, but it wasn't an easy install....I'm blown away at how much time they put into getting this watch put back together for me and my son-they knew how much it meant to me-didn't charge me very much for the time they put into it....staff is very nice!
