“We had an unfortunate accident where my husband put a cabinet in our truck bed and it tapped the back window and shattered it. We don’t have a great place to keep the truck inside so we needed to get the glass repaired quickly. We are new to the area and took a chance…. James Auto Body got us in the next day and got it repaired for us at what we considered a reasonable price. They worked with us on our crazy schedules for drop off and pickup as well. I went in there with a set of bearings that I needed for something for my wife, and I had been to no less than five other parts stores trying to find these bearings and I walked in there, set the bearing on the counter The Man behind the counter pulled out as my micrometer, measured them, walked into his parts room, and came back with the bearings the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. As I'm sure that he's been in the business for a while and he knows what he's doing that may have been the difference between what I was dealing with and where I'd been before but I can't say this strongly enough if you need a part these guys can get it for you.”

A couple of times I was in a pinch with last minute calls to leave town and needed an oil change. Even though they were booked solid they made it work to get me in and help me.
