“I have autism and bi polar. The lady's at regions are able to explain things to me and make sure I'm making the right decisions easily. They resolve conflict fast and respectfully. I have used them for a decade and they are the kindest people I've ever met. I don't have to wait long to get my things done. And they always communicate with me well and give me respect and kindness. This is the best bank in town! I had recently opened another account and it was extremely fast everything done in less than a hour. I feel comfortable and happy going to this bank and I 100% recommend it. Regions cards have tap to pay and they are up to date with technology. BB across the street does not have tap to pay card and they are horribly rude and nasty to me. My mother is 70. She also enjoys regions. So that means no matter how old you are regions is polite and understanding. They will walk you through choices well. And they treat me like family. I can go there and talk about my weekend for hours. I have never had such a amazing bank and I 100% recommend regions in St. Genevieve”
