We had a punctured tire and barely made it to Quality. Even though they had a full schedule, they had us fixed and back on the road in no time. They were so nice. And honest in the options they could provide. A great place you can trust! Thank you, Quality employees!

Drove in with an old, clogged exhaust system and picked up later that day with a new, well placed, well welded, complete exhaust system. It sounds great and even better seemed to perform better than ever on the drive home. I can't wait to fill up and see how much increase I get in mpg. Thanks Quality Muffler.

My daughter had kind of an emergency situation on her way back to college & Quality Muffler had her back on the road within a few hours of opening. They went an extra step to get her vehicle back to her & I am so grateful for that

The owner is a very honest man. They do excellent work at a fair market price. I always thought if I had to be at the mechanic, this is the place. You can see what’s being done.Two things that bugged me after going there for years. He always had JOYfm playing. Now, it’s not. No music at all. The young man up front, was ALWAYS respectful, cheerful, helpful. Last three visits, he’s copped some attitude of idk what. An older woman than myself came in to drop her vehicle off. I don’t recall the conversation but, he was rude. A j**** It wasn’t just my opinion. My dear friend that drove me had the same reaction. My last oil change, they were busy, as they always are. The young man told me my oil was low this time. Since their stickers are at 3,000 to come back, (I wait til 5,000), he said bring it by any time to have us check it. These equinoxes are known for this so, you don’t want to let it go. So, 1500 miles later, I’m in town and, stopped in. He was eating lunch. Scoffed at the idea I’d come in so soon after my oil change to have him check it. Did he ask me how many miles I’d driven? No. He just scoffed and came out checked the oil. Told me it’s still full and went back inside. I’m sure he’ll be the one to see this first. Not Bob. I thought about calling Bob. But I haven’t yet. Maybe the young man is having a difficult time of it, lately? I can understand that. But, if he’s just become this rude person who doesn’t like working there or idk what, maybe he should find another place that he’s happier with. We females come there because Bob made us comfortable. He treats us with real respect. Is thorough, honest and fair. Ya give it to the males. So keep giving it to us ladies, how ‘bout it???

I took my 84 dually to have new exhaust put on, they took the time to go over how I wanted it. I told them a week would be fine, Was finished the next day. They did a great job, clean and up in the frame like I wanted it.

Finding out that this was a family-owned business, made me want to give my business to the “little man” in St. Gen.
