I was so excited to have this done I couldn't wait to have beautiful brows. Before we started I told Karen a few times I didn't like thick brows she told me I would love them and she wouldn't do anything drastic. I felt very comfortable and put my brows in Karen's hands. When she got done with the first session I thought oh my god what happed. My brows were much thicker and darker than I expected, I was embarrassed to go anywhere for a month if not longer. I felt people were staring at my brows thinking someone took a sharpie to them. This was all my fault not Karen's I should have brought a picture with me, she is great at what she does. I had never done anything like this before and it was a horrible shock. After a few months they faded a bit and I knew I needed my second session touch up. I was scared and nervous because of my first experience but really wanted this done. I went over this with Karen and told her I was worried they would be bigger and darker again. I needed her to be understanding and show compassion to help me through this. She got really upset with me and told me it was my fault I should have brought a picture, she told me I was slandering her business which was not true, why would I do that when it was my fault for not bringing a picture. Like I said she is great at what she does but she cannot handle anything negative. She said they look fine and that they were not thick at all she said thin brows are not in style anyway. This might be true but it's what I like, I have to look at myself in the mirror everyday so shame on me for not having a picture of what I thought were beautiful brows. I seriously left there in tears, such a misunderstanding.
