This bank has questionable mismanagement of funds practices. We never had any issues when it was Bank of Bolivar, but now that it has been bought out, the people are horrible, and they are very shady as far as how they handle money and all we have is trouble when trying to deposit or withdrawal funds -- which is literally the only purpose of a bank, so if they can't do that efficiently then they should really rethink their whole organization. We will be moving all our accounts as soon as they will allow, because oddly enough it seems they have more control of our money that we do, which seems like an overreach. I have also reported to the BBB and filed a complaint there, though I don't really think that will have an effect, but at least I have tried to warn others.

We switched from US Bank to The Bank of Missouri a few years ago. I am so glad we did. Our experience here has been wonderful. The staff treats us with much respect and addresses us by our first names. The banking app is great as well, easy to navigate and has everything u need at ur fingertips. Highly recommend!!

Unprofessional! Don’t use their credit card - it’s a scam. We were within-terms but they said they didn’t receive. A ONE TIME ISSUE. so they cancelled our Total card and placed us for collection!

Nice local people but I sense hands are tied by New outrageous big city type policies. Not the same place as I started with so it became time to move to a much better institution.

We were in a situation of traveling and needed a Notary Republic.This bank told us they only service current customers. Couldn’t even pay a fee. Very poor customer service!
