We haven't received the payment for the load we completed with dispatcher Steve Polensky. Lisa from accounting still hasn't paid us. Strangely, according to her, the check was sent twice-yet we haven't received any payment for over a month.

Stay away carriers. Agent from PA Steve Polensky. Booked load friday morning. Driver waited to get loaded since 11am till 7pm. At 7pm ON FRIDAY he was told BY SHIPPER, that load was cancelled by the broker. Called broker 4 times on friday and once on Saturday morning - no response, no way to leave voicemail, no emergency number. No apology Monday morning - instead accusations, that I did not call them!!! Emailed them screen shot from my cell - I DID CALL.
