We switched our family plan over at this location. They made some mistakes and since we have had nothing but problems and the Stockton store could not get it corrected. So we were without phone service for weeks and our bill was nearly doubled what the advertised rate was so, four months later its still not corrected. We were told we had to go to a verizon corporate store by the store in Stockton for them to fix the issues. Customer service online hasn't been very helpful either. Each time they say it will be corrected by next bill and it's not. Pay incorrect amount or they will shut off service. These are 2nd party stores not true verizon stores. Very disappointed with this store and Verizon. I'm canceling Verizon and going back to Tmobile and may have to take them to small claims. Avoid these satellite stores, maybe avoid Verizon all together.

I would not recommend this store. While the lead rep comes off as very knowledgeable, she said she couldn't add my centurytel email to my tablet...something I was able to do easily. On my most recent visit to discuss my declining battery on an Apple SE they advised that the battery was difficult and expensive to replace, the SE was no longer available, and said I was eligible for an upgrade (@$27/mo for 36 mo). Apple website says a new SE is coming out later this year. Multiple other issues here...a ripoff.

We recently switched from TMobil to Verizon in stockton and left the store quite satisfied with our service until the next month we received our start up cost bill which I questioned amounts not being disclosed. They were intentionally deceitful regarding their pricing. I was repeatedly told my monthly bill would be under $200 a month. When receiving my $500.00+ start up fees I thought that included my 190 something first bill. When I questioned my watch for example I was again told my watch was $7.00 a month. Today we returned to our home in Independence mo and arrived to a bill of $340.+ counting a $20.00 late fee. The watch is $31.00 I recommended anyone thinking about walking in the VERISON STORE IN STOCKTON MISSOURI just throw your wallet at the door and walk away you'll save money and be happier in the long run.

Went in to pay a partial payment and was charger 4 times that amount. Not happy at all. Now I can't make another payment due to the unauthorized payment they made out of my account.

I went in to get my new phone switched over and switched from prepaid to post paid with perks. I didn't have any problems then but I decided to go back in and ask some questions about the details of my perks, upgrades, and to get help with my Verizon app the next day. I was waiting patiently when one of the employees came over (she had helped me the day before) and wanted to know why I was back in so soon, when I told her what I was wanting to ask about she repeated herself from the day before ( when I wanted her to tell me more so I could understand) and told me that she could not help me with the other things and to call customer service. So a few days later I called customer service and they were fabulous, and helped me set everything up and get my auto pay set up as well, however I set my thing to charge me on the 7 of every month however they charged me right away (and it's still March!)and charged me for a different month that I had already paid for before I had upgraded my service . An the email I received when I set my stuff up said there was no bills due right away and that I would charge me on April 7th or near it but it charged me anyway and now I can't pay my rent because I was running my budget off of that guarantee that I had until the 7th!!! Anyway I called customer service and they said it should not have done that and I should receive a refund but I don't think I want to stick with Verizon anymore.
