“Was searching for a color matching hood for my hail damaged Kia and found one at a parts yard in Monroe City. Since I live two hours away, I needed a body shop to install if I drove to the area. I contacted Shortridge Custom Collision and spoke to Brandon. We had arranged a time for me to arrive at the shop for the install earlier in the week but on the day of the agreed time, Braden notified me that the part had not been put on the delivery truck for his shop from the seller. Brandon graciously drove to the yard and picked up the part and it was waiting for install when I arrived. I want to thank him and his shop for going overboard to help me out. Would highly recommend his services based on how he treated my situation.”

“My truck's brakes went out when we were at Mark Twain Lake, I needed parts badly and was over ten miles from JC Auto Parts and it was 4:30 PM, they closed at 6pm. I am from Troy, MO and was heading home after a week at the lake, and one of my rear calipers exploded. I called JC Auto parts and they first made sure they had the parts I needed, and then they made a special trip to where I was to deliver the parts I needed. He even brought an extra set of pads because my truck listing showed two different styles. When he got there he gave me his personal cell number and said to call if I needed any more parts, he would get them to me! He handed me an invoice and said to call the store and pay over the phone, then he made sure we were all good and headed out. The prices were great and the service was above and beyond.
