We recently moved to the area and we are very disappointed. This place is not doing its job. They don’t deliver packages to your door and instead keep them at the post office and then send them back. They don’t notify us that they are there. On the usps website it says that all packages will be delivered to a house if the lane is less than a half mile long. Ours is way less than that. What’s the point of paying shipping if it doesn’t get delivered? They are stuffing the money in their pocket and not doing their job. They tell the sellers that we requested for packages to be held at the post office, and we did not. Is lying acceptable now? This is happening over and over and not a one time deal. We really would appreciate a true usps staff/office.

Hold amazon packages for pickup yet have no problem delivering junk mail. I live 30 mins away from the office and work in Camdenton how am I expected to do your job?

The mail lady refuses to bring my packages to my house, instead I have to come pick them up within a day or they send it back to the company. Very inconvenient and not professional in the mail lady part. I wish I could go through a different post office.

Opens at 8:30, closed for 2 hours during lunch hours and close by 4:30... When are working people supposed to pick up packages that you won't deliver???
